Hi, I'm Lily Pride
Not sure if you've heard about me, but I'm the princess of the toys in Andy's room. My parents were surprised that they were going to have me. It started at Christmas in the new house as Andy opened his first present
Static was playing. Buzz bangs on the side of the monitor. Nothing.
"Buzz." Woody said. "Buzz Lightyear. You are not worried, are you?"
"I can't quite make out-." Sarge said over the monitor.
"Me? No, no. Pfft." Buzz denied, defensively. "No. No, no, no, no. Mm-mm."
"A large box-- It's-- It's-- It'--." Sarge continued, before more static played.
"Are you?" Buzz asked.
"Now, Buzz, what could Andy possibly get that is worse than you?!" Woody questioned with a smile.
"Oh, what is it? What is it?" Andy asked, before the toys heard barking. "Wow! A puppy!"
Bo suddenly speaks out.
"Hey, Woody!" Bo Peep called out. "We have a new toy expecting to be here soon."
"You're gonna be parents?!" Slinky asked.
Buzz and Woody looked at one another with a half-smile, half-grimace and laughed weakly.
Literally, a surprise.
But some FAQ about myself. Not only am I the princess of the toy colony, but I'm a great toy to Andy. He plays with me as a cop or a warrior. The toys are always showing me fun stuff to do and enjoy spending time. Even my parents spend some time with me and we're a perfect family.
I also have this dream to see the world outside of a kid's room. The outdoors is very beautiful with trees, flowers, animals, pretty much nature itself. My mother has always told me stories about many places around the world, but my father was worried that I would get too close to my dream and was afraid I could be lost out there.
Little did I know that there can be dangers in the world when you're pretty small. But with the good deeds that I've seen my colony do, I already know that I had to be brave, kind, smart, and never give up. As my family rule states; No Toy Left Behind. But for this story, I will tell you about my journey with my family.
