Chapter 5: Finding Sam and Meeting Mick

In a Basement

Lucifer was in the house and he heard "Screw yourself."

She pulled Lucifer around and pushed him into the room

Sam says "Who is that supposed to be?"

Lucifer says "You don't know me, but I'm Lucifer Phosphorus. I work with your brother and sister. And Castiel. And it seems she depowered me. Somehow."

She says "I'm as happy to see him as you are. 'Cause, while you may be able to withstand my snapping apart your body, joint by joint, can you watch it happen to Lucifer?"

Lucifer says "Lady, he doesn't even know me. I'm a different Lucifer. And if I was the other Lucifer he would just let you do whatever to me. I heard what he did to Sam."

Sam says "Did she really depower you?"

Lucifer tries to pull apart his chains and says "What do you think?"

Sam breath shakes

Lucifer was tied down and she came over with a brace knuckle and punched him

Lucifer yells "Ahh!"

She says "Passcodes, Sam?"

Lucifer says "Don't give her anything, Sam." With blood dripping from his mouth.

She says "Not yet?"

She walks away

Lucifer spits out blood

She says "Anything to add?"

Lucifer says "No, no. I just came by for some tea and a beating."

She says "Really? See, I thought you might be on for a little chat about your mate's mate. Benjamin Lafitte. Oh, sorry, Dean called him Benny. You know the vampire whom Dean released from purgatory and befriended. I see. Well, the English are nothing if not patient."

Lucifer says "Lady, I don't know a Benny. I'm not Dean. I just met him a couple of days ago."

She puts on her brace knuckles and walks over to him. and punches him

Then a little while later

Sam looks at Lucifer and says "Lucifer."

Lucifer says "Hey."

Sam says "So Dean's alive. I thought he was dead."

Lucifer says "No, he's alive. I'll tell you. I'll tell you everything. First off, who's Angry Spice?"

Sam says "She... She's... She's Men of Letters. At the British Men of Letters."

Lucifer says "Is that a thing? Well, what the hell? Aren't you guys supposed to be on the same team?

Toni walks down and says "Gentleman and Angel-- So, to recap... You live in the Men of Letters bunker. Awash in the world's greatest collection of occult knowledge and yet, you know nothing."

Lucifer says "Right." he chuckles and says "What a waste."

She says "It seems you apes have never read a single book."

Lucifer says "I read a book to a little girl. She was my girlfriend at the time's daughter. That's the last book I read."

She says "The Men of Letters has a long tradition of intellectual excellence."

She grabs a blade and says "In London, we've undertaken exhaustive studies of even the most arcane topics."

Lucifer looks at Sam and back at her.
