chapter 7 ~ sleepy kisses

     Time passed and there was a knock on your door. You quickly got up and ran to the door, opening it you saw Jack. A smile spread across your face and you unconsciously hugged him, but he hugged you back not thinking much of it. "Nice to see you too, Y/N," he spoke up, your cheeks lit up and you let go of the hug, "Hey Jackie."

     He held his hand out for you to take, and you took it. he led you to the car and opened the door for you. You got in and he walked around to the other side and got in as well. He started the car and you two talked the whole way to his house.

     Once you got to his house, he ran up to the door and unlocked it. He then opened it for you and let you go in first before going in after you and closing the door behind him. He took off his jacket and tie revealing a fitted button-up. You subtly looked him up and down. He looked at you, "Make yourself at home, I'll get you something to drink.. or eat if you want."
You smile, "Oh it's okay you don't have to!"
"Let me at least get you a water," he smiled back, though he was obviously tired. You knew you couldn't fight him so you just went and sat on the couch while he grabbed some water.

     He came back with some water for the both of you. He handed you your glass and kept his. "So," he said, "you doing any better?"
"Well, now that I'm with you I am," you said, not really thinking.
His cheeks turned a little red, "that's good to hear," he chuckled. His chuckle made your heart skip a beat, but you tried not to show it. "What's your favorite movie or show, Y/N?" He asked as he turned the TV on. "Hmm," you thought for a second, "probably [F/M or F/S]."
"Alright," he responded. He looked it up on Netflix and saw it, "hm, looks interesting," he commented. He turned it on and both of you watched it as it turned dark. The two of you were sitting pretty close, but neither of you minded. He rested his hand next to yours, so close that they were touching. You looked at him getting a little nervous, but looked back at the TV, trying to shake the feeling. Jack must've noticed though because he scooted a little closer and took your hand.

     You checked your phone, it was almost 11pm, and you were getting tired, so you rested your head on the closest thing to you, which was Jack's shoulder. "Sleepy?" He asked. You lightly nodded, "are you gonna sleep?"
"Yeah, I should probably go," you say, starting to get up. Jack pulled you down and looked at you, "Stay the night."
"I don't wanna bother-"
Jack cut you off, "You won't bother me. Promise."
"I'll take the couch then," you sat back down.
"No, you're not. You can sleep in my bed, I'll take the couch," he told you. You didn't feel like arguing so you dealt with it and just nodded.

     You were half asleep when you felt Jack pick you up bridal style and set you down on his bed. It smelled like him, and the room was clean. He covered you with the blanket and went to kiss your forehead, but you tugged the neck of his shirt so he would kiss your lips. He pulled away, his face red, "woah.. wasn't expecting that," he said. You kissed him again and he climbed on top of you. He pulled away and looked down at you, "so you want me to sleep here? With you?" He asked. You yawned and nodded.

     He got off of you and lay beside you, pulling you in and cuddling with you, "Goodnight Y/N, I love you," you heard him mumble before you fell asleep in his arms.
