Friendship with Izuku usually revolved more around study sessions. Thats not saying you two don't hangout other times but Izuku is so passionate to be a hero that he feels honored you're even willing to Study with him.
Izuku likes any time with you though. Texting can get messy though with his ranting so he proffers face to face.
His favorite memory with you was when he was ranting to you about All Might as you drew on his hand and even wrote a little message on one of his scars that said "true heroes have scars".
Your favorite activity is probably listening to music together, hanging out with some of his other friends as a group, texting, talking, studying, or even just watching Game Grumps or something. :3

Being Katsuki's friend is exactly how you would expect. Chaos. He's an explosive nightmare and impossible to read. That isn't to say he doesn't enjoy his time with you. Though he has a hard time admitting it, he likes texting you, training with you, working with you and.... helping you.
Texting works well for Katsuki because he can hide emotions he is feeling behind a monotone text message that is up to the readers perception. He likes training with you because.. why wouldn't he? The way you two move together like fluid, the way he almost misses you every time.. its exhilarating, the way you get his blood pumping brings a fire to his heart. And... an explosion in your face..... (He can't control his emotions so he must kill them 😭) Working and helping you go hand in hand.
His favorite memory with you involves this one time he got alone time with you. No sparky idiot.. no SHARKY idiot, just.. you, he sat at his desk as you lay on his bed completing some homework when you let out a sigh.
"Are you that stupid? Let me show you."
(He ended up talking shit about the teachers not explaining it to you properly but something about being there for you, not necessarily you needing him, but him being there to catch you he enjoyed.)
