Acknowledging his feelings was only half the journey. But when you have a talkative shadow attached to you 24/7.. that... encouraged him to face these feelings head on.. which he was not ready to do. he sort of shut down and didn't talk to you for awhile.. or anyone for that matter.. he got more temperamental and even scolded Dark Shadow a lot lately.. everyone was worried but.. you were especially.. I mean.. he was one of if not your closest friend..
For him.. it was aggression.. distance and.. just overall denial.. he didn't want to ruin anything with you...
