"Miss Meghan Markle, your royal highness," Ben announced to the princess. Betty was taking Meghan to visit one of her charities. Betty was wearing a blue dress and her hair was in a ponytail.
"Thank you, Ben," Betty made her way to Meghan who stood by the door. Meghan's eyes darted nervously and she was fidgeting a bit with her hands.
"It's alright, Meg. You don't have to worry, the people will love you just as much as Harry does," Meg nodded and took a deep breathe. Betty took her hand and led her to the car.
They sat in comfortable silence for a few minutes before Betty engaged her in conversation.
"Meg, if you choose to marry Harry one day. What charity would you choose?" Betty asked.
"I think I might do charity for women empowerment. As women don't need a voice they already have a voice and in this day and age many are still sexist towards us women," Meghan explained. Betty watched as Meghan's eyes glimmered as she spoke excitedly all the way to the charity.
Betty worked with dyslexic people, children in particular as her cousin Beatrice found that she was dyslexic at the age of 7 and wanted to help children like her cousin reach their full potential.
As soon as Betty and Meg exited the car, the paparazzi immediately hounded them with cameras. Eventually, they were able to enter the building to see children on the carpet, ready for the princess to do her usual reading.
"Hello children, I've brought a very important guest with me today and her names is Meghan," the children all said hello and Meghan waved back at the children. Meghan and Betty sat on the chairs and Betty began to read Jack and the Beanstalk and helped them learn to pronounce their words.
"Harry the children loved Meghan. I think she will be a perfect addition to the family," Betty explained to Harry about the day they had with the children.
"Thanks Betty for taking Meg with you... I would like you to meet someone," before she could protest Harry took her hand and took her to the stables where she saw a black man his shirt unbuttoned taking care of her beloved horse.
"Betty you need to open up again. At least try for me,please," Harry pleaded with her until she nodded.
It couldn't hurt to try.
