Water moved as Jimin jumped in it. He popped his head out and gave Jungkook a sign to enter but he denied. Jungkook was sitting on the side of pool dipping his legs in it.

"Come on Jungkook! What's gotten into you." Jungkook rolled his eyes. After swimming for a few minutes, Jimin got out of the pool. Jungkook threw the towel at him and said "If you're done how about we go and have lunch."

"Oh wait I gotta call Tae Tae" said Jimin pulling out his phone.

"Tae Tae?" enquired Jungkook in confusion.

"It's Taehyung" Jimin replied giving Jungkook a wink making him cringe.

"Seems like you two have gotten close" Jungkook replied with a teasing grin causing Jimin to roll his eyes.

"What are you even talking about! How about we three go somewhere where together. Also Taehyung's friend Hoseok also wanted to come with us." he said rubbing his wet hairs.

"No way. I can't go anywhere especially today."

"Today? But why??" Jimin asked with a sullen expression.

"Today is my mother in law's birthday. So I need to be there. " Jungkook replied

"Ah! That's why!! I almost forgot. Wait what about Seokjin? Last year he didn't go there right?" Jimin probed.

"Well it's not like he didn't go there. But it's just you know he hates going to crowdy places so I had to convince him to go." Jungkook said smiling faintly.

"So what about this year? Are you going to convince him or what?" Jimin asked in disbelief.

"Of course not. There are few business men he was supposed to meet. They will be there so that's why he is going this year. Even though mom literally begged him to go but he never listens." Jungkook said biting his lips.

"Seokjin really wah.. Just can't believe it. How can a person be like that? I mean who denies to go to their own mom's birthday party. Isn't he being too mean?" Jungkook furrowed his brows, he picked up the bag after keeping the bottle inside it and said" Well you know that's how he is. Today's morning he wasn't there when I wake up atleast he should have told me or woken me up. " Jungkook said walking towards the exit door with Jimin.

Jimin looked at him with concern and worriedly asked" Jungkookah Is everything OK? I mean your marriage life... Is it going well? " Jungkook looked at him wide eyed. His hold tightened on bag strips.

"Don't say such thing Jimin. We are doing totally fine!" Jungkook replied with slight annoyance audible in his voice. He didn't wanted to have talk about this. Jimin sighed at his friend's behavior and raised both his hands up in defeat.

"fine I won't ask you anymore. So are you inviting your friends to the party or not?" said Jimin elbowing Jungkook making him giggle.

"Of course! I'll invite you and other friends of yours too. I'll send you the location later."

Once he was attired in his outfit for the day. He looked at the text which was from mom. A smile automatically appeared on his face. He wondered if mom will like the gift he bought or not. Jungkook scowled and marched towards his door only after applying his favorite Victoria Secret's noir Tease perfume.

"Should I ask if Jin have arrived at the party or not. No! Why should I.. He don't even care about me. Like he should have at least came to pick me up or something." he said mumbling walking downstairs gliding his hair strands.

"Jungkook! Finally we have been waiting for you!" Jungkook heard his friend shouting as his car door opened. He smiled at him. His eyes went on to Taehyung who had a boxy smile on his face.
