Chapter nine
The wolf standing in front of me was ginormous, all muscle no fat. His beautiful carmel coat seemed to attract my eyes. He was terrifying, and in his own way magnificent.
I felt my eyes widen.
I wasn't afraid anymore.
I didn't know why.
I felt something deep in my bones, something powerful.
Something even more powerful than this magnificent beast before me.
The wolf stopped growling as he looked at me. I watched as he cocked his head to the sign in puzzlement.
He took a step back, and another and another.
"Rae? Marcy?" A voice called from the hallway, questioning and confident.
I took a step towards the wolf, to discover that my arm was still attached to the bed post. I bared my teeth on instinct.Rae stopped backing away.
Rosy gasped. "What's happening?"
"Marcy, your glowing!" I snapped out of my trance to see my arms emitting light. I stared at them in amazement.
"What the F...." I mumbled. "What's happening, Rosy help!" I started to flap my arms around, trying to brush the glowing substance off my arms. It seemed to be working slightly.
"Rae, change back." Rosy commanded.
The wolf Rae still seemed hypnotized by me.
"Rae!" Shacking his head, he turned into a very naked guy.
Luckily I was still doing this random chicken dance around the small area I was tied to to notice him.
"It's.... GLOWING! That's not natural, not natural at all. Oh god, maybe it's a special type of disease and I am going to die, what will Mum do, Dad and BOBBY! My poor poor Bobby! His probably worried sick, Mum of cause , will forget to feed him, and then he'll die to. No! No my poor baby. I won't let you die!"
I kept at it for a while, hysterically screaming at my not normal arms and legs.
Finally after around ten minute later, my voice had grew horse and my skin had nearly gone back to their normal colour, I turned to face my kidnappers.
Rae was standing there, eyes wide, jaw dropped.
And Rosy of corse, was rolling on the floor, tears streaming down her face, her laughs so big that they were silent.
As I watched her, I could almost imagine me looking like Rae, fish face gaping.
This wasn't the cold girl that had opened the door. This wasn't the girl who had made me hate her. This was my best friend, my only friend. This was the crazy emo chick that i knew so well.
Finally she sat up.
"Bobby" she hiccuped from all the laughing "Bobby, really? I thought you were going to reveal your secret boyfriend or something there, but you went on about Bobby! Bobby! The fat ginger cat that hates me!"
"What's going on with you Rosy?!" Rae nearly screamed.
Standing up she walked over to me, smiling, still hiccuping.
When she had finally arrived over next to me, she reached for my handcuffs.
Rae suddenly appeared before her.
"What are you doing!"
