Bruised and awoken...

Roc's POV

It's been a week now and leahs still in a coma, Dad still hasn't come back and the police havent found him, so im hoping he has left and is never coming back I've been coming to see her everyday and she isnt getting any better...I lifted my tired body up from the waiting chairs and walked into leahs room, I had dark circles under my eyes because I haven't slept in about 4-5 days and my eyes were all puffy from all of the crying, I dragged my body along the cold floor and sat beside Leah's bed, I took her hand in mine and started to speak "Leah I know you can hear me, please wake up,I promise I'll never leave you alone with him ever again" I started to feel a lump in my throat " Leah please wake up" Then I bursted out in tears "Leah I-im s-so s-sorr-y I-I this is all m-my fault, I should of n-never left you" I said stuttering Then I felt my hand being squeezed a little "It's n-not your fault" She said with her voice cracking up 

"Leah your awake" I said with a huge smile on my face "Doctor" I screamed, she flinched abit but I kept hold of her cold hands, The doctor walked in and smiled kindly "O good Leah your awake,Right later we are going to finish some of your tests and tomorrow your gonna have an X ray to check how the operation went" 

"What operation" Leah said sweetly "You had an operation for the stab, whilst you were in the coma" and with that she picked up her clipboard and walked round to the other side of leahs bed "Right Leah, how are you feeling???" 

"Um my side really hurts and so does my wrists, its mostly just my body aching" She said looking at her bruises "Okay, thats good, your healing at a good pace but I think we'll run a few more scans during the week to check but in a week you should be okay to leave" 

"Thank you" The doctor left the room and I quickly followed after her "Um doc" 

"Yes" she said turning around 

"What injuries does she have?" She flipped a few pages in her clipboard and stopped at one, she then looked up at me "Well she has a broken arm and a broken leg, she has countless bruises and 19 scars not including the expanding one on her wrist, she also has a hole in her side" she said looking up at me "Im sorry" Is the last thing she said before dragging myself back to leah's room, I slumped down into the chair and rested my head on leahs hand "Im so happy your alive, I promise you I'll never leave you with him ever again"

Leahs POV

I saw roc walk back in and he slumped into the chair closest to the bed, he looked like he hadn't slept in days, he had dark circles under his eyes and they were bloodshot, He kept rubbing his eyes and yawning and his eyes were all puffy and his nose was all red so im guessing he has been crying, He rested his head on my hand and said "Im so happy your alive, I promise I'll never leave you with him ever again" then he silently closed his eyes, i smiled and ran my fingers through his hair
