Kailey's pov

I turn the test over to see the results, and as I already knew, it was positive.

I reach for the other 3 tests just to see if this one's wrong, even though I already knew it wasn't. All the tests say the same thing: positive.

"No. No no no no no. This can't be happening," I drop to the floor with my head in my hands, sobbing.

"Little Kay? Are you ok, hun?" Charlie sits down beside me, and rubs a hand up and down my back.

"No. No, I'm not ok at all," I say in between sobs.

"Is this your first?"

"No. I've been pregnant before."

"Then what's wrong? Don't you want to have children?"

"Yes. But not with the person who got me pregnant," I say between more sobs.

"What do you mean?"

"Nothing. I don't want to talk about it."

"Alright. Well I have to get going, but I'll be back in a little bit," she says as she stands up.

"Ok. Thanks, Charlie."

"Anytime, Sweetie."

*1 week later*

It's been a week since I found out I'm pregnant, a week of crying, and a week of being surrounded by the triplets.

When Xavier came back into the room that night and saw the test laying on the floor, he immediately moved me back with the triplets.

Since then, they haven't left my side for anything.

"Kailey, are you ok?" Lucas brings me back into reality, dragging me away from my thoughts.

"Yeah. I'm fine. Totally fine," I say, hugging my knees to my chest.

"Kailey-"

"Please, Lily. I really don't want to talk about this," I cut her off before she can say more.

"Sorry," she whispers.

"No, I'm sorry. I've been snapping at you guys all day everyday for the past week. You three don't deserve that. I'm sorry."

"We don't blame you, Kailey. Not at all," the triplets all say together.

"Thanks guys."

*3 months later*

It's been three months, and I still can't believe I'm pregnant.

Charlie and Xavier come check on me everyday to see how I'm doing and if I need anything. Today, I go to their personal doctor, and figure out the gender of the baby.

"Are you ready, Kailey?" Charlie asks when we get there.

"I guess," I say with a shrug.

Just then, Xavier comes back out to the lobby where Charlie and I are, and tells me the doctor is ready to see me. He walks me to the back, and then leaves once I get there.

"Good morning, Kailey. Are you ready to find out the gender?" The doctor asks as he starts the ultrasound.

"Not really, but oh well."
