Carson's pov

"Kailey, what the fuck?!?" I yell the moment I see her stomach.

She's fucking pregnant! How is she pregnant?

"Who- who the hell is the father?! Is it him?" I ask as I nod my head in the guys direction. I still don't know his name.

"What? No! Absolutely not! You think I want to have kids with him?" She replies instantly.

"Ouch. That hurt," he says as he puts a hand over his heart, and wipes away a fake tear.

"Shut up, Xavier," she glares at him.

"Alright, alright," he puts his hands up in surrender as he backs up a little bit, now leaning against the wall, arms folded across his chest.

I look back at Kailey's stomach, then her face, then stomach, then face again.

"Who's the father?"

"Yes, that's a great question. Who is the father, Kailey? I don't think you've ever mentioned that before," Xavier says, tilting his head to look at her.

"Shut up, Xavier! I told you, you'll hear the story!" She yells at him.

"Ok. My lips are sealed," he shuts his mouth.

She sighs before saying, "Sean is the father..."

"Sean? Who's Sean?" I don't know any Sean's.

"Yes, who is-"

"Xavier, if you say one more word, I will slap you," she growls as she looks over at him.

He immediately closes him mouth, and doesn't say anything else.

She turns back to me and says, "Sean is my cousin."

"Your cousin? You had sex with your cousin? That's messed up, Kailey."

"No. I didn't have sex with him."

"Then how did he get you pregnant, Kailey? If you didn't fuck him, then how is that baby his?"

"I'll explain the story! Just shut up!" She snaps, which makes me flinch a little. Never once has she ever raised her voice at me.

"It started when I was 6, and went on until I was 14. He started forcing himself on me. He never released inside of me, and for that, I was relieved, until the 2 times he did when I was 14."

"He did what?!" I yell, but immediately stop talking when she glares at me. She's fucking scary.

"The truth is, I don't know if the twins were yours. I always hoped they were, but I never found out. He had released inside of me somewhere near the time I found out I was pregnant, but you and I had also had sex at that time," she says as she looks away from me.

"You have no idea how bad I wanted to tell you. It was killing me not being able to tell you. But he had threatened to kill Luna if I ever told anyone. I couldn't risk her life like that. You know how much she means to me. If something happened to her because of me, I would never forgive myself," she says as she begins crying.

"So you waited all this time, JUST TO TELL ME THAT THOSE KIDS WEREN'T EVEN MINE?!?! Wow. I can't believe you, Kailey," I scoff at her.

"I told you; he threatened to kill Luna! You don't know him! He always goes through with his threats!"

"So now Luna means more to you than I did?"

"Yes! I would never put anyone over my family! She's my fucking sister!"
