11 - It hurts

Kamari's POV:

I started shuffling to get myself into a comfortable position. I slowly opened my eyes and then remembered where I was. My head hurts and all the cuts and bruises I have hurts so much. I can't feel half of my body.

I was so hungry and thirsty. I haven't eaten this whole day and I need something to wake me up. I have no energy left.

Just as I was thinking of food a guard unlocked the cage and placed the food on the floor.

He made his way to me and untied me from these chains. I winced in pain when I fell to the ground with a loud thud.

The man and left and locked the cage.

I dragged myself near the food and the drink. I opened the container with all the utensils inside. I picked them up and started nibbling slowly onto the food. I placed the container on the floor so that I could grab the water bottle to drink.

I feel better after eating and drinking but the pain still hasn't left my body yet.

I wonder what time it is?

I looked around to see if there's any clocks on the walls until I saw one and looked at the time. It took me a while to read the time because my eyes was blurry as fuck. It was 9:00pm and even if I slept ever since I got locked up in here I still feel tired.

Probably because of the amount of blood I've lost.

And with that I put my head down on the cold ground and let sleep take over me.

Aaron's POV:

"Is everyone set? Does everyone have all the necessary equipment?" I made sure each one of my men is prepared.

It's finally time I get her back. Home. Safe and sound. Hopefully.

I told my men to make their way in the cars and I made my way their when I heard my sister calling my name.

"Aaron" I looked over at her and she looked scared and upset, "please be careful and tell Andrew I don't want to see a single scar on him nor scratch. I want you both coming home safe and sound with Kamari."

I walked over to her and took her in for a hug. This hug wasn't like any other hugs but a hug of "i don't know if I'll make it out alive" type of thing. But I'll come out alive with Andrew just for her and my beloved Kamari.

"Don't worry my little munchkin, everything will be alright and within a blink we will be back home." Making sure I reassured I started making my way out of the house.

I quickly ran to the car that was inside with Matthew and Andrew. The driver started the car and I quickly took my phone out to dial Gabriel's number.

"Gabriel me and my men made our way there already, see you there soon." There was a few shuffling across the phone but then he spoke.

"We will meet you there Aaron." And with that we ended the call and the drive was completely silent whilst making our way there.

It was that quiet that I could hear everyone's breathing.

Until Matthew spoke.

"Uhh Boss, I think you want to see this." My head snapped at the computer he was holding in his hands. He turned the screen at me and when I saw who it was my eyes went wide and all I wanted to do was burn the whole ass fucking place down.
