Hella studious [Connie & Tommy]

Connie was walking alongside the beach with her friend Tommy (and YES friend bcs they are both too shy to make it official yet 🤦‍♂️)

they were both headed to the library to print, research, and discuss about a project they both had at their school.

"WOW who would've thought we both go to the same school AND are staying at beach city to visit family this summer??" Connie said, awed at the wattpad level odds of this situation

" I know!! :) it makes me feel incredible to know I'll see you again when school starts" Tommy said smiling at Connie. " although I'm not excited at ALL about this project on PSYCHObiology" he said making a crazy motion with his hand.

"heh.. microbiology" Connie whispered in a chuckle, and they both held hands and smiled until they got to the library.

when they both settled on a table, they saw Steven and (y/n) on another table.

"oh my goodness!" Connie noticed, "I see my friends over there! would you like to come with and meet them ? :)"

Tommy agreed and they both got to meet (y/n) and Steven.

"you met (y/n) before i believe, he was with me at the coffee place the day I met you, and this is Steven, his boyfriend" Connie introduced them happily and the couple greeted Tommy.

"It's so nice to formally meet you Tommy! Connie has told us so much about you, is it true you also go to college with her?" Steven asked trying to make Tommy feel more comfortable.

"umm yea haha 😅 we are also studying for the same field" Tommy explained "it's a pretty nice place, you all should go visit sometime during classes!"

After talking with him for a while, Steven and (y/n) looked at each other and they both telepathically agreed 'he's the right guy for her'

"Tommy I BEG YOU don't EVER leave this girl" (y/n) pleaded "I know she can be a bitxh sometimes BUT SHES THE MOST AMAZING PERSON I KNOW GODDAMIT" (y/n) exclaimed while frantically moving Connie by her shoulders.

the librarian shushed (y/n) "keep it down guys!" she said in an upset whisper.

"(y/n)!" >:/ Steven whispered at him "umm what he's trying to say is that you guys are perfect for each other! I have never met such a pair more compatible and I am happy for you guys :D" Steven said with positivity.

Connie and Tommy looked at each other wondering if they should tell them they aren't together, but Tommy held her hand and smiled at her, reassuring her that what they are saying might be right.

"Thank you guys :)" Connie said to her best friends

they all kept chatting and got some coffees from the coffee shop inside the library. Steven and (y/n) said their goodbyes shortly after since they had to go back home and help make dinner with Greg and the gems.

"your friend were awesome Connie!" Tommy exclaimed while sitting down at a table to finally get started on their project "I hope we get to hang out with them again"

"yea.. they are pretty awesome" Connie agreed, smiling to herself "but so are you"

Connie grabbed Tommy's hand. they both looked at eachother and smiled.

"Hey Connie" Tommy said while looking at her, "would you like to be my girlfriend? :)" Connie smiled and nodded. the newly couple smiled and blushed and kissed while holding hands.

and after that they actually stopped procrastinating and got to finish their project. Tommy walked Connie to her house and gave her a goodbye kiss.

and then Connie called (y/n) and told him all that happened and they were both excitedly screaming on the phone for a while
