Today I woke up to seeing my beautiful boyfriend snuggled with me.
(y/n) was sleeping soundly and I decided to go make breakfast for the two of us.
while going down I noticed Dad and the Gems were already up and ready to start their day.
"good morning guys" I greeted everyone happily. "what are yall doing?"
"Steven! you're up early??" Dad directed his attention towards me. he was holding up a container while stirring the batter inside it.
"um, Greg so are you 💀" Amethyst chuckled, surprised to seeing Dad awake early. (btw my dad NEVER wakes up early he sleeps until like 3pm 😭)
"we were all planning to spend the day outside and have a cookout by the beach" Garnet said putting a red apron that read 'kiss the chef' "in case you do not have any plans for today, perhaps you could join us?"
"Yes it will be fun!" Pearl said putting on a hat and TONS of sunscreen "I'm bringing my surfboard, if you'd like I could teach you Steven!"
I looked at all of them and smiled. "that's a GREAT idea! (y/n) and i were just planning to watch movies today but this sounds fun!"
I then proceeded to finish making breakfast for (y/n) and made my way to the bedroom. I put the tray on the night stand and bend down to wake him up.
"wakey wakeyyy <3" I gently shaked his shoulders.
(y/n) rubber his eyes and looked at me. I guess he was tired because he grabbed a pillow and put it over his face.
"five more.. minutesss" he said still half asleep.
'hes so.. ❤❤ ' I thought.
I cuddled next to him and massaged his arms and gave him kisses on his cheeks. he seemed to like it so that got him out of bed.
we both ate breakfast and I told him about hanging out with the gems by the beach today.
"yea that sounds fun!" (y/n) said. "this is a perfect opportunity to use my shark swim trunks >:)"
I fricking tackled him to the bed again and smooched him. my bf is so cute 😫😫❤❤
okay so we got all our stuff and carried the umbrellas outside, and settled along with the gems.
Dad was setting up the van speakers to put some nice tunes, Garnet was getting the grill ready, and Pearl summoned her surf outfit from her gem along with her surf board.
"where's Amethyst at?" (y/n) asked, standing at the edge of the water.
in that moment a shark JUMPED out of the water charged at (y/n). He screamed. to everyone's surprise, the shark was purple 🙄
"Amethyst! >:|" Pearl exclaimed.
"not cool Amethyst 😑" Dad said.
Amethyst js shrugged it off and walked with (y/n). they were both laughing so it was all good.
Pearl then taught me and (y/n) how to surf. it was lowkey hard 😭 but after some time I wanted to js sit down and close my eyes a bit on the shade.
"yo steven" Amethyst approached me.
"yea?" I asked tiredly. I was about to fall asleep.
"I think Motto motto likes you" Amethyst pointed to the shore.
"who?" I asked looking at that direction.

(y/n) was getting out of the water holding a surfboard on his side. he was shirtless and totally unbothered. he blew a kiss at me..
he approached me licking his lips, in what seemed a slow motion, sexy movie scene.
"are you going to finish this?" (y/n) said pointing at my soda.
dude I was still like 😦😦😦😦
I was speechless and I just made a "no" motion with my head.
(y/n) started chugging the contents, while a few drops of the soda slipped through his throat all the way to his chest.

we were all STUFFED from the cookout. Garnet is the best chef fr fr 😫❤
so we all went inside the house, brought chairs and some board games.
after 5 hours of developing trust issues, throwing each other under the bus, and losing absolutely everything; we finished playing monopoly 😭
and then we all said goodnight and went to sleep ♡
