Chapter 10

Y/n POV:

I was standing in the kitchen with some cooks, they agreed to help me with the baking. Brûlée and Cracker did there job. They brought me everything i need for the donuts, so i started and Marie my servent will help me to look if Katakuri will come any near but some servents already told me that Katakuri-sama has a lot of work, so he would stay in his work place the whole day. It's perfect for me. I will bring him a snack and apologize. No longer thinking rather work! ,,Guys thank you again!''

Katakuri POV:

Today was one of the worst days. I have to do a lot of paper work at my work place. ,,This one here and y/n the-'' What the hell!? Why i am thinking about her right now. I don't have time for this or is it because of that day? That day were she cried her soul out? I can't forget her face, her tears, the eyes and that lips. She looked so scared and she even trembled but what did she expect? I would be her lovely husband or something? If she would find out about my mouth, she would escape or even die because it's better then live with a monster like me. Every girl on this island tried to hook up with me, not just because of my power but also because of my body. Y/n is the same. I saw her eyes fixed on my body. ,,Hah, i should stop thinking about her.'' After all she will never face me or talk to me ever again. ,,So back to wor-''

*Knock, knock* I looked infront of me. Someone is at the door but i told every goddamn servent to leave me alone, so i just ignored it. *Knock,knock* Hah fuck. ,,Come in!'' I waited to see who is disrupting me. But then she came in, the last person i expected to enter. ,,Ah! I am sorry Katakuri-sama for interrupting.'' she walked to my desk and looked at me, sad? We didn't say anything until she spoke out:,, I'm sorry for that day. I was curious and didn't think about your feelings, that was stupid of me. I'm sorry, really.'' her head lowering and i could see a tear running down her cheek. Was she really apolozing infront of me? She doesn't look scared at all.

Then a plate was placed infront of me, a plate with donuts. Now what is it? I looked straight at her and our eyes met. ,,I thought a normal apologize wouldn't be good at all. So i decided to bake your favourite sweet! Some of them are special because of the fruits from my island. I hope you like it, i put a lot of love in it.'' I looked at her stunned, nothing came out of my mouth. It was like i got frozen at my spot but not my eyes. I watched her every move and i could tell she got flustered. I can't believe it that a woman like her really is trying to apologize to me. I blinked at her.

,,Thank you. That's what i need now.'' i said with a little happiness in my voice. Suddently she smiled, her smile so bright like the sun and i could feel a pink glimmer across my cheeks. My mouth opened and i was ready to speak but y/n was first. ,,I just wanted to say that you don't have to tell my about your scarf. It is private and i understand that, so i will just wait when you are ready to tell me.'' with that she turned around and left the room. *I will wait when you are ready to tell me* this words kept repeating in my mind. Will she really wait? Was brûlée right, was she really so different? I stared at the donuts. They looked amazing and so i took the first one. I was stunned, why are they so good?! This donut was delicious! I immediately felt in love. Y/n did this just for me..... and now i feel very special.

I will thank her tomorrow. I thought she would never face me again but right now she even made me donuts.

I will see you tomorrow my dear wife...

Y/n POV:

I closed the door behind me. My cheeks were burning red because of him. I immediately ran towards my room and jumped on my soft bed. I could't believe myself that i'm acting that way, towards him! ,,I'm i really falling for him?'' i whispered. He watched every move i made like i'm only his! ,,AHHH.'' i buried my face in the pillow. He is a pirate after all! but at the same time so nice.
