And here he was again, another day for another search for another garbage -- or so he thought -- he saw a food booth displaying tasty bread. He sneaked as the owner has his back turned, he cautiously crouched and walked towards the stall, until he got one--no may be two--nevermind make it five. He, in the same manner, walked his way out of the area and went away as far as possible, though, some woman caught him and immediately alerted the owner, "Hey! That street rat-- again?! When will he stop and just work instead?!" said the owner. He tried to chase him but Axel ran in full throttle. "Ha! Not today, old fart!", as he ran towards his usual alley, he caught a glimpse of a girl being punished by who lools like her father "--you little brat!!", it was all he could get. But he ignored it and simply ran away. He went to his alley and munched on one bread, as he went he thought of the girl he just passed by minutes ago. He saw it, even if its just a glimpse of it, the bleeding wounds, the swollen scalp she had--possibly from too much tweaking of her hair by the man--, her black eyes, her ripped clothes revealing her frail body full of wounds and scars, and her obvious malnutrition, "How cruel," he commented at his thoughts, he didn't notice that he stopped eating, "she still lives in that state? Being frail, full of wounds, and-and-- ugh. No, I'll just stop thinking about it." he looked at his bread, its probably best to forage for sticks and wood and other possible useful materials instead of just sitting here, thoughts of the distured Axel. The day went by, and the sky welcomed the darkness as the sun sinked to the mountains, Axel was still in distress about the girl, "No, no, no, no, no! Just don't think much about it, its just a girl, I've seen others have her case so its normal, just normal." he reassured himself.
