lover by taylor swift has been my stan album since its release date ( before that it was reputation ) and i'm proud of being a lover stan since the day me! was released. i knew right away from the era aesthetic that this was going to be my favorite one yet- and has remained my favorite, even after the 3 masterpieces taylor has dropped post-lover era.
folklore, evermore and midnights are amazing ofc, but lover will always hold a special place in my heart. i was transitioning from tween to teen back then, not to mention the fatal normalcy of life to early lockdown. lover was there through it all.
lover era was the last of my ignorance is bliss days, and it's become nostalgic since then.
as a hopeless romantic ( or i was one during jaylor days, idrk about now. then again i'm only almost 17, i don't know anything. ), pop music enthusiast, softgirl, bubbly etc. kinda girl, I. LOVE. LOVER.
