The Riders Academy

At breakfast the next day, I refused to make eye contact with Morgan, thinking that she was one like Rachel and Lucy, and instead busied myself with a rant about horse burgers. I then went down to the stables, and gave out the feeds, but I again noticed that my feed for Taz had been tampered with... There was atleast two handfuls of oats! I was furious- Taz was my team horse! He was also my most headstrong and bouncy horse- he didn't need oats!

I marched into Miss McKillop's office, "Ashley, what's the problem?" She asked me, "Someone has tampered with my feed for Taz, and it isn't the first time!" I snarled, "Do you have CCTV in the feed room?" I asked, "Yes, let's have a look now." She replied. We watched the tape, and saw Lucy and Rachel putting handfuls of oats into Taz's feed. "I've had enough of Miss. Perfect! This'll make Taz so bouncy and hyper that she'll be forced to pull out of the team!" Lucy said to Rachel, and then they scurried out of the feed store. "Well, that solves that mystery, I'll have a talk with the other staff and we'll talk about punishments. Okay? I'm very sorry about this, Lucy and Rachel have been at this collage for years now, and they've never done anything like this!" She smiled and waved goodbye to me.

I took Fanta into the jumping field, and we had a lovely session, I took Sapphire for a hack, went. around the cross country course with Mushu, and did some Dressage with Dragon. Lastly, Taz and I went into the main arena for a lesson with an Olympic trainer, Tim Downs. Taz was extremely naughty. All through the lesson he bucked, pig rooted, shied, reared up, stumbled, bolted, ect. It was the worst he'd behaved in months, "Im so sorry, Tim, he isn't usually like this!" I tried to explain, "Oh, it's alright, Ashley, I know you have better horses, I've been giving you monthly lessons for a few years now, remember? I'll be back next month, so you can show me how good this young horse is then!" He left, and I untacked Taz, who was sweating like a pig. "Flipping horse." I grumbled, and put some more hay in his hay-bar, spotting oats as I did so, "No way! That's why you've been acting so bad!" I lifted up the hay and saw more oats, and then got Miss McKillop.

"Put Taz in the field tonight, we'll watch the CCTV, but I'm positive it's Lucy and Rachel again." She was right, on CCTV, we saw Lucy and Rachel load handfuls of oats into Taz's hay-bar. She called them into her office, and got Alex, Samantha, Zara and Ellyssa in aswell. "Girls, we are very disappointed in you today. You deliberately put another rider in very real danger." Alex spoke first, "Yes, I think it would be in everyone's best interest if you were suspended." Samantha snapped, "You are facing exclusion, and needless to say, Lucy, your services in the team are no longer needed, Jess will take your place." Zara growled, "Well, I'm not even sure if suspension is enough. This is very dangerous, Taz is an unpredictable mount as it is, and giving him god-knows-how-many oats will be murder." Ellyssa spoke softly, but her eyes stone cold.

A week later, Lucy and Rachel were excluded.
