Before we got out, it seemed that everyone began to put on their cloaks. Now I understanding why Scarlet would end up doing that, since she doesn't like light, but both Sierra, Finlif and even the invisible Hidey. They all ended up putting on cloaks.

"Why are you guys putting on cloaks?" I asked.

"As assassins, during missions, all of our actions are to be shrouded as we are supposed to be anonymous. You know how many enemies we would get, time and time again."

Thinking about it, you may as very well end up getting assassinated yourself, which isn't that fun to think about. Not to mention the worry of when it is to come. Yeah, it is for the best. I don't really want anyone spiting me.

"Maybe you should of given me a heads up in the first place. Maybe then I would of bought a cloak."

"Well, guess as a leader of this unit, best to help you out." She ended up pulling out a cloak. Not the one she was wearing, but another one. This one, however, rather than being black, was white.

"Why did you buy a white one?" I asked. "Isn't that the opposite of not wanting to stand out.

She ended up looking at me, a hit of embarrassment slipping through. "Oh! Well, it is because It was half price in an underground shop, and it is pretty good at hiding aura and magic, so it should be perfect for you. Although I don't want to say it, Lightning magic is practically emanating off of you almost always. You would be spot a mile away."

"It's true. It's quite hard to look at you." Scarlet agreed.

"Fine." I reluctantly put it on. It definitely made me look quite different. Perhaps I will get someone to dye it later.

After putting on the cloak, I made sure to tie my hair back, before putting on the hood. I ended up using the black scarf that I was given to cover my mouth and nose, making me look like a ninja. A ninja who was very bad at their job.

As I finally got out of the cart, along with the rest, I ended up seeing where we were. Currently, we were at a mansion. A large one at that. It was a quarter the size of our guild, which is still saying something, as a good amount of people are there, and none of that is owned by a single person. As for this, not only is the mansion owned by the noble, but also all of the land, which is quite impressive.

Walking up to us in steel heavy armor, we were met by a knight.

"Hello guild adventurers. I am Oros, Mercusys's head knight." He ended up looking at the carriage, grabbing a blue orb from his bag; holding it upward to the carriage, to which glowed, before causing something the blackness from the carriage to disappear. Or rather, causing an emblem to appear. The emblem of our guild. Much like the emblem on my scarf.

"Alright, it seems you guys are legit. If you weren't, I would have no choice but to you cut you down."

"I'd like to see you try." I would mental hear Sierra say, however, it seems that she doesn't say that or something close to such. It seemed that her, and everyone else stayed silent, so, I had no choice but to also listen.

"Alright follow me. I will show you to your rooms. After you guys settle in, we will see Baron Mercusys."

We ended up following them into the Mansion, to which we ended up seeing many maids and butlers who made sure to try their best to pay us no mind, until we reached the 2nd floor.

" We have a 5 linear room, with a 5 linear room, with a small meeting room in between, to which you should meet the 5 other adventurers in our aid." He explained. "Please enjoy your stay, if you need anything, we have magic bells. I will have someone send for you in an hour. Please. Take care." And with that, we were all on our own.
