After my unhealthy relationship and problems with my friends I decided to move to Nockfell the town that my aunts live. A new beginning would be nice for my metal health it cant be worse than my hometown right?

*ding* *dong*,*ding* *dong* "one time is fine Larry"I stated. He stare at me with corner of his eyes. so mature..I chuckled. After second, door wide opened by Todd. "Oh hi, whats up?" he let us in. Sal started to explain all the situation to him and why we are here. "So you need super gearboy, give me a second." Todd rushed to his door. I sit down and wait for him. Sal pated my head like Im a puppy. "Dude am not a pet!"I whined. Sal giggled " Yea sorry, sorry" Todd came back while we joking around. " Okay, so its still the same, should work." "I hope" Larry mumbled. Todd was looking at us with a worry in his eyes. I hugged him "Don't worry Todd we're just gonna check if everything is alright,okay?" Todd nodded. Todd gave me the gearboy " Be careful guys..." We said our goodbyes and left his place.

We started with basement, I gave the gearboy to Sal. He checked the kitchen cause that was where he saw red eyed demon. But....there was nothing. " I was pretty sure that we would find it here.." "Lets check other places, Megan for example" " Yea it was working when we first met, lets see if its gonna work again now."

We go up all together, and made our way to Megans place. It was still the same, duh it was just couple days ago when we met here. It was kinda funny, the way we fell together...Its reminds me the line of a song.... Falling doesn't feel so bad when I know you've fallen this way too....Sal patted my shoulder and ask what I was thinking cause I was smiling by myself... " Oh.. Its nothing! I was just thinking about the first day we met" Sal's prosthetic rose up. " And I am glad that we fell together...Im grateful that we met y/n..." I blushed like crazy at his sudden answer. Larry groaned audibly, " Stop it you love birds!" Sal chuckled and made his way to bathroom, where Megan is. I was seeing her already but didn't want to interfere. Sal used his gearboy "Hi Megan!" I said thinking they can see her now "Hey y/n, its good to see you again" Sal and Larry stared at me with a confused look on their face"You can see her?" Sal asked. I screwed up...They cant see her? But gearboy was perfectly fine! Sal come at me and stared with a questioning look in his eyes. I sighed "Yea I can, dont know why tho..." Sal put his hand on his chin and started to think. Larry gasped " So you are the new gearboy!!" I look at him like "what the hell Larry?" Larry laughed while I was staring at him. Sal speak up. " Okay so we cant see but you can? So Larry is right, you are the new gearboy y/n" It was so fucking weird, I was gonna be their ghost detector huh? I sighed and didn't deny their idea. "Okay what we doing now?" I asked. "Did you saw that thing at my place?" I shake my head " No, If I did, I would probably faint or something, I dont know." Larry patted my shoulder "congrats for your promotion honey" I slapped his hand of my shoulder jokingly. "So the next destination is the tenants. We need to check every room...

" Any good news?" Todd asked. We were laying on his couch exhausted. I shake my head "Nah every tenants room were clean!" I was pissed, was that all for nothing? or maybe I cant really see ghosts. "Ah its not like we didn't see anything, goat, a man and a ripped necked woman.." " Haha dude! She was living at your apartment before your aunt came here" I gave him a grossed look " Dude! shut up!" he just laughed. Todd gave us some drink. "Thanks hon" I winked jokingly. Todd chuckled. "Okay guys, Thats was all for today" Sal stand up and hold my hand. "We have school tomorrow, lets rest a little." he said while looking at me. I nodded at him. We said our goodbyes and leave Todd's place.

Larry left us alone at elevator...Sal was silent for second. "Thanks hon~" he said while trying to mimic me. "What?" I laughed. Sal was acting grumpy, "So he is your honey? Sorry girl but he is gay" I was hardly stoping myself to burst out laugh. "Ah-a ahem..Good for him I guess" I said with a grin. We heard a 'bing' noise. I reached for door but Sal stoped me and pulled back. He pressed a button and the elevator's door closed. His face was inches away from mine. I was able to hear his breath. "W-what?" I said while shuttering. He came closer. His eyes were...beautiful, I wanted to drown in these glamorous blue eyes...he was not looking at mines but something lower. 'My lips?' There is noway, is he going to kiss me? right here? right now? I slightly opened my lips to say something but he pressed his index finger to shush me. He lifted his prosthetic "NO WAY, NO WAY, OKAY ITS HAPPENING, EVERYBODY STAY CALM!" I was screaming like that in my mind. Now I was able to see his lips... He came closer and closer, we were almost going to kiss, is it a dream? But god were playing with me and the elevator opened. It was my aunt, I stunned to speak and just staring at her. " OH! Im sorry! Im sorry! Keep going don't mind me" He rushed to the other side and disappeared. My heart was about to explode. Sal burst out laugh...wait , was he joking? Did he just played with my feelings? I rushed to my place before he can say anything or make some jokes. I immediately close the door and lock it. When I turn around, there was my aunt looking at me confused. I teared up when I see her she rushed at me and asked what happened "I I-" before I could say something, there was banging at the door. Carol reached for the doorknob but I stoped her "Please, don't open the door, Im going to sleep, good night" I rushed to my room and jumped to my bed, I start crying silently, I fell asleep after some crying...

It was 7 in the morning.My aunt Carol came to wake me up. "Sweetheart, time to wake up" She said softly and kissed my forehead. After she left my room, I stand up and started to get ready. I get dressed, take my bag and left for school after a breakfast with my aunt...It was going to be a weird day. I need to avoid Sal as much as I can, I dont want to show him my weak side. I glanced at hallway 'clear' I thought and rushed to the elevator. It was way too easy, he is not caring at all I guess. I arrived to first floor and walked out by the main door.I needed to be careful, if I seen by Larry or Sal everything would be awkward...I sneaked around buildings all the way of school. "Hah~ I finally here without getting caugh-" "By who?" someone interrupted me... It was Sal and probably Larry. I didn't turn to them, their foot steps were getting closer... I wasn't able to think any logical reason why I was hiding from them, so... I rushed inside and started to running like a headless chicken. Girls bathroom caught my eye, I decided to hide in there till class starts. "What was my first class?" I checked my schedule...it was biology. "Hell nah man there is no way Im going!" I was having same biology class as Sal. I started to tear up, why I was doing that? Sal was just joking thats all! You guys are friends nothing more...The sound of my sobs was filling the whole girls bathroom... I should be greatfull to have him as a friend right? I was just being greedy... Now I was felling ashamed of myself. "Don't act childish y/n, lets just go home, everything will be okay by tomorrow" I talked to myself and get out of girls bathroom, checked if anyone was there...it was all empty. I reached to entrance while sneaking and walked out. I inhaled deeply "Haah~ fresh air !" I beamed and about to walk away...But someones voice stoped me. " You finally decided to show up huh y/n?" It was Sal who was talking to me, sounds like he was pissed. I frozed and stand still. He came close and make me face to him. Yes, he was pissed...I felt guilty but he was the one joking, why he was pissed? "Any explanation y/n?" I was too stunned to speak. He sighed " Look , last night, I didn't mean to offend you, It was just...you looked so cute when your aunt caught us. Thats why I laughed, Im serious about you y/n" He said in his soft voice. He came closer to me and hugged. I teared up immediately and started crying. He was trying to shush we while brushing my hair... "Im sorry sal! I didn't meant to piss you off!" I said while sobbing. He hugged me tighter " No y/n you didn't! I like you so much I would never be mad at you!" wait..what did he said? he like me? as a friend or... "Not as a friend..y/n.." I chuckled, he was same as always.. "Y-You don't need to say something right away!" I felt hot... He was being shy and Im going to use that opportunity to be a little dominant. I cupped his cheeks and make him lean close to me. I gave him a soft kiss on the prosthetic... I can't believe I did that! It was not a real kiss but I always wanted to to this... "So..lets get inside, shall we?" I asked him while holding his hand. He silently nodded
