Back to present time

Allayah's Pov:

Im happy that she's happy.

She didn't have to say anything about her having a boyfriend but im glad she thought it was good coming to me.

That day I lost apart of me but im not giving up because I know he would want me to continue with my life.

Anyway I have to get my medications today.I already told Trinna and shes getting ready

This is my outfit 😍

I dont feel like dressing up today so im just wearing this.

I went downstairs and met up with Trinna.We went out to the car and then left

We were outsude the pharmacy now.

"Do you want me to come in with you orrr?" Trinna asked.

"Its ok ill be out in a few."

"Ok"

I went inside and was greeted by a middle aged woman.She was about 5'5 black hair in a ponytail.Its the first im seeing her here,she must be new.

"Goodmorning dear.How may I help you?"she said.

"Goodmorning,im here for some anxiety pills"

"Yeah ill get that for you,ill be right back"

"Ok"

I watched her go around the back for the meds.I heard the door open and I turned around to be greeted by the same guy I never planned on seeing again.

"Hiiii,your the lady from Walmart," the little girl walked around her dad to me

"Hi,I remember you.How are you?"I asked her.

"Im ok.We're here to get medicine for my sister,"she replied.

"Gracelynn?"

"Yeah Gracelynn"

"Is she okay?"I asked him

"Shes ok,she just has a fever from yesterday" her dad said looking at me.

I looked at Gracelynn,she does look sick.I went up to the man and Gracelynn.

"Can I touch her um  ..... sir?"

"Its Jeremiah, and yeah you can," he
said

"Gracelynn?"I said tapping her shoulder trying to get her to look at me.

"Noooo,"she whined

"Grace its the nice lady from Walmart  look," the little girl said trying to let hersister look at me.

Gracelynn's head was off Jeremiah in no time looking at me.

"Daddy Ladyy Walmart,"she said holding out her hands to me.I took her from Jeremiah.

"Hi Gracelynn how are you feeling?"

"hot ," she said .

"She looks a bit red,"I said to Jeremiah

"Yeah she is and and shes sneezing too"

The pharmacist came back with my pills

"Here dear "

"Thank you," I said giving her 10 dollars and received my change.

"Is this your boyfriend?"the lady asked

"Umm noo we just met"

"Ohhh sorry about that,the way you both were talking and looking at each other just now was just adorable,"she said smiling at us.

"We need medicine for her shes had a fever and sneezing,"I said cutting her off before she could finish

"Ok we have a children's fever medicine right here.Itll just be 9.79 dollars," she said.

"Here,"I said giving her 10 dollars.

"No Ill pay, you dont have to..., "he said

"Allayah, and I want to do it,"I said looking at Jeremiah.

"Ok but you won't do it again"

"Ok."

After paying the lady we all walked outside.

"Im Alexia,"the little girl said."Its really nice seeing you again," she said looking up at me with a wide smile.

"It was nice seeing you again too Alexia, you too Gracelynn,"I said tickling her .

I turned my attention off the girls and onto Jeremiah who was smiling at our interaction.

"Its time for me to go girls,"I said giving Gracelynn to Jeremiah.

"Nooo I want you to stayyy,"Gracelynn started to tighten her hands around my neck.

"Grace come on," Jeremiah said taking her from me.

She started to cry with her dad just rubbing her back to comfort her.

"It was nice seeing you again Allayah,"he said looking me directly into my eyes may I add.

"Umm It was nice seeing you too,"I replied looking down.
"I should go,see you girls around," I said and quickly walked away.
