Draco Malfoy: Spring Break

It was Spring break for us students at Hogwarts and I couldn't wait to go home. Especially because my boyfriend would finally be meeting my parents. I was almost done packing my bags when Draco came into my dorm, luggage in hand. "Hey love" I said, smiling as I turned around. "Hi baby" he said, hugging me. I looked up at him as we broke apart and noticed how he was paler than normal. "Dray are you sick? You're so pale..." I point out, feeling for a fever. "No, I'm just a little nervous, that's all." He explains. I smile, "You have nothing to worry about. My parents will love you." Draco nods, "If you say so... I'm not going to fit in though...". I sighed, "Of course it's going to be an adjustment, we've lived two very different lives, Draco. Nobody back home will judge you." I assure him. We really have grown up differently- Draco's childhood was spent in Malfoy Manor while I grew up on my family's horse farm. They trained and raised horses, and both my parents were top tier trainers, so while Draco was being led into hid father's footsteps, I was on the back of a horse in a show arena. Suddenly, my alarm clock went off. I had set it so that it rang when I needed to be leaving to go home. "Well, that's our cue." I say, "Cmon darling, I promise there's nothing to worry about". Draco nods and follows me out of my dorm. Once we leave Hogwarts, Draco and I travel back to my hometown. "Welcome home sweetie!" My mom says when I open the door. "And you must be Draco," my mom says, smiling, "Welcome to our home". Draco smiles, "It's a pleasure to meet you Ms. Reyes. Aspen has told me tons about you." He says politely. My mom smiles and tells me to go show Draco where he'd be staying. "This will be your room on the nights where you actually sleep by yourself" I say, knowing he'll be in my bed most of the time. "Thank you love" Draco says to me. His nerves seem to have faded after meeting my mom. "Feeling better?" I ask. He nods, "Yeah... that went alot better than I was expecting." I sigh and shake my head, "Draco, you don't have to feel anxious here." I can see in his eyes the fear that has come from his father. "Nobody's going to judge you or criticize you, just relax and let yourself enjoy spring break, ok?" I say gently, as I lay a hand ontop of his. He nods, "Ok... thank you baby... I love you." "I love you too, now let's go eat dinner". I say, the delicious aroma from the kitchen making me hungry. Draco chuckles, "Alright, let's go. Here's to spring break" "To spring break" I say as his soft lips meet mine. It's going to be an amazing 2 weeks...
