The next day, Wednesday, and Alba are entering the fencing room. Alba looks around the classroom; everyone was on the mats, fighting with their fellow peers. She and her love were the only ones with black suits. The students had white ones. Alba sees one student without a partner; she leans down and whispers to Wednesday, "I'm going to fence with that boy over there. Oh Wednesday, try not to kill anyone, please.. Maybe try to make a some frie-"
"I don't care what you do here, and you are in no position to gave me commands" ,Wednesday mutters.
Alba only sighs and moves away, Wednesday watch her leave, intently. Alba see that the boy had brown hair, as she got closer. Alba realized something, "yo, is that you? Xavier Thorpe?"
The boy turns around to face the new comer, and responded, "Oh my god, Alba. Yeah, It's me."
Alba haves a bro hug to Xavier, "How have you been? I haven't seen since the funeral... Look at you, you are much than before, but still not taller than me."
Xavier chuckles, "bro, I think I will never be taller than you. And yeah, as you can see I am much more handsome now."
Alba smile at him, "I can see that, how about you'll be so kind to let me fense with you?"
"Sure, I would love to test my skills against yours." They both take the positions, then charge at one another. It ended with Xavier on the floor; Alba as the winner, everyone in the room was shocked by Alba's skills. Alba chops or her hand towards Xavier, "although, your skills are good, they are far away from reaching my level." Xavier grabs her hand and nods in agreement. He was surprised by Alba's skills, nevertheless he was happy to see an old friend. She begins to chat with Xavier, not see that two person in the class were staring daggers at Xavier. Wednesday stops watching Alba; decided to proceed to move towards the center.
Xavier and Alba shared a look when Wednesday approached the mat with two students on it, they watched as the boy tripped over his own feet and fell to the floor, pulling his mask off as he looked up to coach.
"Coach, Coach, she tripped me." Alba rolled her eyes at the boy, he is a real drama Queen.
"Who are they?" ,Alba asked Xavier.
"The boy is my roommate, Rowan and the girl in front of him is Bianca Barclay, my Ex" ,Alba look at her friend with widen eyes.
"It was a clean strike Rowan" ,Coach grumbled at him.
"Maybe if you whined less and practiced more, you wouldn't suck." The girl snarked, "Seriously, coach, when am I gonna get real competition?"
The coach handed Rowan his glasses as he walked past. Bianca raised her arms and looked around the room for her next victim, Alba thought maybe she need to teach this girl some manners.
"Anyone else want to challenge me?"
"I do." Wednesday stated firmly.
The girl turned round to face Wednesday, a smirk taking over her face and eyes scanning the small girl, "oh, you must be one of the psychopaths they let in."
"You must be the self-appointed queen bee" ,Wednesday fired back. Bianca nodded her head with a smug grin at the girl's comment, obvious pride radiating off her from the comment.
"Interesting thing about bees. Pull out their stingers, and they drop dead" ,Wednesday responded. Alba smiles at Wednesday's beautiful threats however, Wednesday knows better than to underestimating your opponent.
"Rowan doesn't need you to come to his defense. He's not helpless, he's lazy." Bianca stated.
"Are we doing this or not?" ,Wednesday remarks.
Alba decided to move a little more closer to the fight. She stands next to Enid, "hey beautiful, I am confident that Wednesday gets the first point. So don't you worry" ,Alba states. Enid turns away her head, to cover her noticeable blush.
The group watched as the two students got into their positions, the tension in the room building with each passing second. The coach gave them the signal to start. Bianca lunged towards the new girl, but Wednesday saw this and easily blocked it. The raven-haired girl held her own, and Wednesday was able to swipe the siren's chest. Wednesday once again lunges at Bianca. The siren goes for a defense, and Bianca sees that Wednesday was going for her leg, so she jumps over her. In mid air, she hit Wednesday's head and said, "The first point was clearly beginner's luck." The siren once again smirks at Wednesday, "let's finish this."
"For the final point, I would like to invoke a military challenge. No masks, No tips" ,Wednesday calmly voices as she walked up to the coach. "Winner draws first blood" ,in that moment Alba knew that Wednesday's arrogance, got the best of her. This battle wouldn't end in Wednesday's favor. Alba sighs and leans closer to Enid's head. Alba rests her head on top of Enid's, making the smaller girl stand still as a plank. Wednesday let her eyes scan over the group of students when she spotted Alba's closeness with their annoying blonde roommate. Wednesday wastes no time and sends a powerful glare towards the pair. Alba quickly opened her eyes. When she feels a dark presence near her, Alba and Enid see that Wednesday is staring right at them with such a murderous aura. Alba had never seen Wednesday look at her with that kind of expression. They both move away from each other in order not to add more fume to the raven-haired girl's anger.
