The alarm that started ringing at eight o'clock put an end to all of Jongwoo's nightmares. He woke up and looked around. He was in his room, alone.
He took a deep breath and tried to sober up. He thought he saw Moonjo again. He couldn't remember anything else. He must have left him alone when he fell asleep.

He hesitated, the wristband jangling on his wrist as he tried to take off his clothes to get dressed. His eyes fell heavily on his wrist and his heart raced. He was wearing it again. When and how did this happen?
He closed his eyes for a while, trying to swallow. As he began to calm down, he felt his wrist with his other hand and found the wristband. He was nauseous. He opened his eyes, exhaled sharply, and this time he took off the wristband while looking at it normally. He needed to get rid of this thing. But he couldn't throw it away like that. What if someone saw it or found it suspicious? What would happen if someone found out that they were human teeth?

After getting ready quickly and putting the wristband in his bag, he left the building and started walking to go to his workplace. He wasn't working too far from here, and walking was not a problem. This time he felt lucky. The man who was going to teach him the trade was also quite normal.
Nothing was the same anymore. Including Jongwoo.

"Jongwoo, good morning."

He bowed briefly to the woman who approached him. What did this officer still want from him? Why was she always showing up?

"Good morning, Officer So. Why are you here at this hour, aren't you supposed to be at the office?"

He asked with some surprise, because he didn't want to be misunderstood. In fact, for some reason, he had a strange anger towards this woman. But it was still covered, nothing reflected outside.

"Oh, frankly, I was worried about you. But you look fine. Well, you got up at this hour so you seem you found a new job. I wanted to ask and tell you a few things about what happened in that Gosiwon. Shall we talk while we walk?"

The further Jongwoo tried to get away, the closer he got to it. It was a futile effort. He couldn't escape, he had to face it soon or later.

"I've already told everybody what happened. What else will you ask?"

The two were seriously engaged in this conversation as they continued to walk towards his workplace.
It would happen eventually, but Junghwa didn't know if this conversation would be good or not for Jongwoo. But somehow she had to continue her research, she was already late.

"You said while you were tied to the chair that Moonjo went and killed the trio who were in the building in the meantime. You got off the chair until he came back and you two attacked each other. Then you managed to escape from him.
Why did Moonjo leave and go kill the others before he would be able to kill your girlfriend and you? So this is a little confusing. You two must have talked something after he tied you up. Maybe he told you why he would kill the others and why he would take care of you last. Don't you remember anything?"

Jongwoo rubbed his forehead with one hand. He vaguely remembered these.

"Sorry Officer So, I really can't help you."

When they reached the workplace, he stopped and looked at her with a desperate expression on his face.

"Maybe you're not ready", Junghwa mumbled. If she told him that Moonjo was alive when he couldn't remember anything, he would be very confused.

"Huh?"

"I said we'd better continue later. Don't be late to your work. Thank you for your time."
Junghwa looked after the young man who had left after bowing with a slight smile. She had to do something for him, but what? It would obviously take time to recover, but how long could the investigation have waited? Maybe it would be more useful if she came with a psychologist next time.
