Jongwoo froze, just like when he first heard that sentence. He just watched as Moonjo walked away and disappeared.
He seemed to have no control over his own thoughts. He didn't want to see him, he didn't want to dream or struggle with nightmares. He wanted to live, he wanted to get rid of this parasite.

A few minutes later he barely gathered himself up and, unsure, checked his wrist, then his backpack. The wristband was gone. He had finally gotten rid of it.
He hurried to return home and went into his room and locked the door. He quickly checked his phone after he changed his clothes and got into his bed. He seemed to have completely forgotten what had just happened. Or he was ignoring.

There were tons of missed calls and messages from Jieun. He should have spoken to her properly. The girl was obviously resentful, and she deserved a clear explanation for all that time's sake, didn't she? She lied to you, she deserves nothing.
Before putting the phone aside, he wrote a short message that they could meet tomorrow night. Whether or not, he was going to finish it soon.

He closed his eyes and forced himself to sleep. For some reason, unlike other nights, his eyelids did not get heavy, he turned to right and left and couldn't fall asleep.
He sighed, got out of bed, unlocked the door and left his room.

This residence did not have a terrace with a beautiful view. When depressed, one could only go to the front of the building to get some air. Jongwoo preferred to linger in the kitchen rather than appear on the street in his nightshirt.
He opened the fridge to see if there were any snacks and saw raw meat in a storage box.
He abruptly closed the fridge and closed his eyes too.
The kitchen had completely changed. It was the kitchen of the Eden Residence. The table was in the same place, with Moonjo sitting in the chair directly in front of him with his back to him. He could see himself in front of Moonjo.
How innocent he looked. As if he hadn't killed those three people.

"It's not real," he said, taking his head in between his hands. He wanted to go, but something seemed to hold him in place. What did he want to see, what did he want to hear? What would change or what would he remember?

What he expected didn't happen. The two in the chair spoke, but he heard nothing. He only saw his own lips moved hesitantly. Then Moonjo turned to real Jongwoo, his familiar smile appeared on his lips.
Jongwoo felt a cold shiver spread down his spine.

"We'll be together forever Jong-u."

This time he covered his ears with a face that looked like he was going to cry. He didn't want to hear him, didn't want to see him. He had to run away from him, he had to get away.

"Sir, are you okay?"

Jongwoo was startled and fled from the hand that touched his shoulder. He was suddenly gasp for breath, and seeing the Seokyoon-like young boy in front of him wasn't felt any better either.

"Are you okay, you were delirious. Are you sleepwalker?"

Jongwoo couldn't look at him and left the kitchen without saying anything. He walked quickly to his room. After making sure that the door was locked, he went to bed and tried to sleep again.
All were happening because of his subconscious. None of it was real and it was going to drive him crazy at this rate. Nightmares aside, he had to find a way to deal with those dreams that felt real.

After a night without nightmares, he started the day in a positive way. He couldn't even remember feeling this good in a long time. He had breakfast, went to work, and everything went perfectly well until his lunch break.
Until Jieun sent a silly message.
She had written that they couldn't meet in the evening and that she had to stay overtime work. That's why she was wanting to meet now. Does this girl think I'm still her boyfriend ?
