The weather had deteriorated. Today was quite cold compared to the other days. Autumn was about to end, winter was at hand.
Jongwoo didn't like the cold very much. Not hot too. He liked the cool days and warm weather the most. Neither more nor less, it had to be in the middle.
He could never done the same for his life. Either he didn't care about being oppressed or despised, or he had become completely rebellious as he is now. He had no middle.

He went to work in the morning and after working until noon, he left to go to his psychologist. Miss Joon greeted him as usual. After a few classical questions, she tried to find out the source of the real problem with a method she determined by herself.
Jongwoo filtering his feelings and then answered whatever she asked. He had no trouble doing it. He had become a perfect liar. The woman needed to trust him, so he had to prove that he was thinking well. However, it may not always be right to give satisfactory answers to her questions. He had to set this up too.
It was hard, it was tiring, but the result would definitely worth it.

"See you next week Jongwoo, take care."

He bowed slightly and greeted her with a smile. The door closed, and he took a deep breath as he passed her assistant and left the building. A cold wind blew and a few autumn leaves shivered and shifted.
Jongwoo continued to stare at the leaves for a while. He must feel something. It was so empty that it was a pain to even breathe.
He gathered up with the message sound of his phone and began to move forward without looking at the building behind him. He had taken a day off from work, so he didn't need to go back there. His only wish was to meet Moonjo. He was so curious about the surprise.

When he came out of the street, he went to the bus stop and took out his phone and entered the message from 'M'. His heartbeat quickened, a strange feeling appeared in his stomach. There was only an address, but that was enough anyway.

His brows furrowed as the police car pulled up to where the bus was to dock and Junghwa lowered the windshield.

"Coming from the session? We can drop you off if you're going back at work."

Jongwoo knew this woman's purpose very well. He was so angry with her.
He walked towards the police car and bowed with a smile.

"I want to rest, I'll go home. Thank you."

The smile that appeared on Junghwa's face didn't seem sincere at all, and it didn't seem normal to glance around for a brief moment for him either.

"We were going to stop by there anyway. Come on, get in."

Jongwoo bowed again then opened the back door and got into the car. In fact, he instantly regretted doing it so because tons of scenarios had already flooded his mind as if he was schizophren. But he also knew that if he had persisted and not gotten into the car, he would have drawn much more attention.

"Well, how's your session with Syunhee?"

It was irritating that she asked as if she didn't know. Still, Jongwoo answered properly.

"I think she's doing her job well."

He didn't knowingly ask anything about Jongcheol. That would be stupid. And she didn't seem to have any intention of talking about it anyway.
The lips of the young man who was driving the police car also curled as Junghwa lightly laughed. Jongwoo decided to continue watching the young man and his expressions in the rearview mirror.

"We went to the same high school with her. Even then, she had an interesting effect. Even the naughty boy in the class would calm down when he talked to her. She was born to be a psychologist, you know."

"Were you friends back then," he asked, to seem interested. The cop who was driving car had pretty teeth.

"Yeah but we weren't as close as we are now," Junghwa said, continuing to smile.
"I'm glad you're making progress, Jongwoo, really. We can repeat your statement very soon."
