"That was a grand time at the Wickermans festival." Said the witch cheerfully.

  "Fun! Fun!" repeated the crow.

It was spring in the kingdom of Dun Broch and it was late evening, the witch was on her way home from Stornoway. She was bringing a lovely wooden carving of a bear with its paw in a bowl full of honey that was dripping over the side, back to her cottage. When she saw her home she gasped, it was in pieces, rock ruble lay here and there, boards splintered and scattered. Her cauldron was on the ground bent and broken. Books were in shreds, pages littered the floor and not a word readable. The only thing that survived was an overhang boards which, surprisingly, weren't broken or split in half. The witch clenched into fist as she tried to control her anger.

"I'll bet ya it was that red haired lass. She probably did this to get me back for changin' her mum." Assumed the witch angrily, now her fists were sparking with magic.

The witch walked over to the little overhang of wooden planks and looked around. The crow was looking around as well and squawked as it found a very curly red hair lodged in between some rocks. It squawked again to get the attention of the witch. The witch turned with a smirk on her face.

"Ah-ha I knew it, it was the princess. I curse her for doing this to my house, I curse her!" and with that a bolt of green lightning shot from her hands and straight for the castle with an unsuspecting princess as the witch laughed manically.
