I lit up my cigarette as the black nothingness of the night covered the sky. A bright yellow light from the lighter and the moon, a tobacco smell and wet dirt under my feet, I could tell no one was around, just me. The bench bending a little bit as I sat on it, the wood creaking. The only noise coming from the fire burning the cigarette, in my mind fog and nothing. I was in the park alone, at night. I don't know what it is, why do I feel like this? Nothing major has happened nothing could've pulled the trigger. Fuck it.
Just then I heard footsteps coming, so I stood up and started walking away. Now's not the time. "Hey (y/n)." It wasn't a familiar voice. I probably wouldn't have recognized anyone anyway. I kept walking. "Hey wait." Didn't stop. "Cmon." He sped up his walking. "Got you!" I felt a hand on my shoulder. "Hey (y/n)! Don't recognize me?" It was fucking midget Frank.
That caught me very off guard. "Y-yeah I do..." I looked away. "What're you doing here this late?" He looked at me. My eyes still not meeting his. "Nothing, actually I was going home." "Uhm, wanna hang out? I also have some other friends" "I don't think I know you enough to trust you to be honest... I met you last week and you catcalled me and my friend, we haven't really had an actual conversation." "That's ok, whatever, I was about to offer you a joint or two though..." he started walking away. "Ok, well bye Frank." I waved and started walking too. "No!" He jumped back and held me by my shoulders. "(Y/n) please! I wanna hang out with you." "What?" I was getting kinda weirded out by this. "(Y/n) I'm gonna need you to come hang out with me. Like, right now." He was talking like a Jersey shore trashy girl, maybe he was a bit drunk. "No, Frank, it's like 1 am." I crossed my arms and looked at him. "Then imma bring you there with my bare hands." He came forward. "No! No! Frank can't you see you're like half my height?" I was yelling at him to not grab me. "Then you'll come. You have no choice." He stepped back. "Why? Do you need my presence in order to breathe?" This was getting annoying. "Hmmmm..." he was doing math equations in his mind.
A few seconds passed. "Yes, I'm afraid I do." "So you'll come?" I sighed and glared at him. "Whatever Frank let's get this over with I'm tired." "WHOOOOOOOOOOOOHOHOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!" yep, he was definitely drunk, and yelling in the middle of a park. "Let's go let's go (y/n)!" He grabbed my hand and dragged me to his hangout place, I think the soles of my shoes lost 4 cm from all that dragging.
"There we are." He held a smug look on his face and he proudly crossed his arms. I was catching my breath, recomposed myself and looked up to see other 3 guys. Frank's friend, Ray, Gerard and two other people I have never seen in my life. What. "Uhm hi, Gerard? I guess." I waved and Gerard smiled. "Hi guys this is (Y/n)." Frank said pointing at me. "(Y/n), this is Ray, I think you met him when you met me. This is Bob, that's Gerard and that's someone you shouldn't worry about because she's leaving right?" Bob was a blond haired, about my age, boy, nothing interesting. The last one was a girl, again my age, actually maybe a bit older, she had long black hair, very pretty. "Hi..." Frank kinda put me on the spot. "Cmon let's get fucked (y/n)!" Frank joined the noisy group and I walked towards Gerard.
He looked at me and smiled. "Hi bitch." "Damn that's not really the way you start a conversation. Also, what are you doing here with that moron midge-" "Hey (y/n)! Who are you talking about? Actually, not important cmere drink sum." He motioned me to come towards him.
He took out a maybe Vodka? Bottle and I took a few sips. I didn't want to get drunk. I still had to come home sooner or later, I was just lucky this night, since no one was home except for my brother, who was fast asleep before I even left my house. "Hey (y/n), you can do better." Frank was the one who wanted me to get absolutely wasted. He's a nice guy, I just am not the kind of person to trust someone that quickly. "I won't do better. Frank. I don't wanna get drunk." "Pussy!" I glared at him. "I also won't get peer pressured into doing shit I don't want to." I looked over at Gerard, who was just enjoying the night, he wasn't looking over at us. "Frank if she doesn't want to she won't." Ray saved me. "Thank you, here's your bottle." I gave him back the alcohol.
They were all very nice, and funny, I found out the girl's name was Lindsey, she was actually older, 19. I did get drunk at the end, maybe I DID want to get drunk...
"Heyheyehey Frank what the actual fuck are you doing you little bitch ima eat your grandma alive!" i yelled. Frank was chasing me for no apparent reason, I'd say he was even drunker than me. The rest of the group was sitting on the ground chatting, I could also see a lit...something, not sure. "Gerard please kill Frank." I cried loud. "No." He was giggling like a kid. I just dropped like a dead body at his side and let Frank get me, I was tired. "Hey Frank I'm not a part of any of that you can't come here and rob me of my private space." gerard shot a glare at frank Franks large pupils stared at him and the short man just joined the rest of the group.
Gerard was sitting crossed legged and leaning on the half wall behind him, I was just sat at his side. Fidgeting with my nails, I was so tired, it has been great fun though! I could feel a warm arm snake around my waist and his hand rest on my hip. I'm sure i blushed but my face and nose was surely already red. We were both drunk, that insignificant gesture didn't mean shit. We just stayed there for a few seconds, I could hear Gerard getting involved in the conversation with the others, they probably didn't notice me, since I was curled up at his side. His speaking came to a stop and he looked at me for a split second before looking at the sky. "Gerard, how do you know Frank?" I was curious, definitely didn't expect them to be friends. "Uhm... (y/n)...I don't remember" he giggled like a kid. " probably at schoo- oh no! It was at the comic store." I would've never thought Frank was a nerd as well. He just looked like an hyper short man, I could see more as a sports guy. "I met him... not .... Long ago actually." I giggled at his weird drunk talking. "You're talking like a toddler." I looked up at him. He was still looking at the sky. "At least I... that star... no wait, at least I don't look like a toddler?" "Was that a question?" I laughed loudly and could feel my body falling asleep. I could tell this wasn't the best place to be falling asleep, but I didn't care I just wanted to enjoy this moment even if I won't remember any of it in the morning.
"You need to tell me everything!" Venus smiled brightly. I was rotting in bed, that I don't know how I got in, with the worst headache ever and my friend pushing me into telling her things I don't really remember. "Venus I have like no idea what happened." "You do, you just don't wanna tell me." She laid down beside me. I sighed "so I was in the park, it was like 1 am, I was smoking, then Frank iero, remember? The guy that said you have a great ass? Yeah him, he invited me to get drunk and smoke with him and his crew," I rolled over, facing the opposite way from Venus. "I say no like 100 times, but he insists so I go with him and I find Gerard, who was a bit drunk and probably a bit high, not too bad. So I drink and then I don't remember." "That's it?" Venus was disappointed.
"Nothing interesting then...nothing that you'll tell me! You don't wanna tell me the juicy parts! I know you too we'll (y/n) you can't keep secrets from me!" She sat up and crossed her arms. "Yeah you know what I did?" "Yeah?" she was more than eager to hear me talk. "I had sex with Frank." "Really?!!" She tensed up, had the widest eyes and the corners of her mouth down. "No I didn't." "Thank god (y/n)..." she sighed and dropped her shoulders "Let me go back to sleep now!" I pulled up my sheets. "Then (y/n), I will now be leaving to carry on my research." She got up to walk away. "Bye." She stopped walking, "Damn, (y/n), not gonna ask me what my research is??" "Nah.."
