Two days later, after I had gone through quite a few surgical interventions to remain in a stable condition, everything that had happened throughout the last forty-eight hours suddenly lost its importance.
The main reason for this phrenic revelation being my ultimate savior who had stayed relentlessly by my side, constantly making sure that I was going to make it through the night by staying on guard.
Although he was reluctant to let me know about his selfless desire to keep me safe, his overall protective attitude was more than enough to alert me about his magnanimous intentions.
That and the persistent dark circles under his unilluminated blue eyes that refused to fade away without a respite, successfully showing his inability to take even a simple nap out of concern.
And I couldn't have been more grateful to him for his desire to keep me alive.
However, his tenacious yearning to keep shoving suspicious hospital food in my tiny mouth was enough to make me unaware of his multiple selfless acts in the name of my safety.
"Why are you doing this to me? I told you I'm not hungry." I whined once again, making sure to dodge the crooked spoon full of dubious yellow substance.
A cold yellowish food texture that was supposed to represent a lemon cheesecake.
Wasn't hospital food supposed to have gone through quality control before being served to wobbling patients?
That was just another lawsuit waiting to happen.
"Your body has lost a lot of water throughout the last couple of days and your assigned nurse made sure to let me know about the importance of staying hydrated. So be a good boy and open up your mouth!" he prompted me yet again as he made sure to navigate the distorted large spoon into my mouth once again.
Unfortunately for him, I wasn't the type of person who was easily persuaded, so I continued to keep my oral entrance tight shut.
I preferred to continue scanning the hospital room I had been placed in just yesterday, almost as if to search for an additional furniture singularity my mind had disregarded up until now.
After all, the designer behind the amenity must have had a reasonable motivation for the bland coloring scheme he had chosen for this particular headroom fixture set.
"You gave me no other choice, wiggle butt. You laid your bed. Now I have to become the bad guy."
Unfortunately for me, my discernible disobedience didn't continue for too long as I felt a strong grip on my manhood.
One that was quickly followed by a rough squeeze as I didn't give any noticeable reaction to the boisterous gesture meant to open my sealed jaw.
The immediate expansion of my member was enough to unfold the airtight cavity of mine, finally allowing my new partner to shove a massive amount of distasteful cake into it.
"You asshole!" I hissed in response, forced to swallow the questionable food subsistence once and for all.
I immediately felt the sugary, and at the same time vinegary, flavor of the contentious kuchen clutching around my throat.
"It's not as bad as you make it out to be. Act manly!" Brandon prompted me, visibly pleased with my sudden inability to swallow properly.
After I got accustomed to the brief foul taste in my mouth, my first action was to take a swing at the joyful man sitting close to my hospital bed.
"I hope you know how much I loathe you!" I added to my earlier response, not happy with my failure to cause any harm to Brandon's pompous countenance with my prolonged aim.
