For years our society was dysfunctional. People with different opinions and outlooks on life got into common disagreements, resulting in violent uprisings. Our government could find no way to peacefully resolve these conflicts. Leaving the government with not choice but to have total control of everyone. This system of total domination allows our world to be free of disagreements and dysfunction. The government assigns each person a controller at the age of 15. Every individual is first evaluated to make sure their controller can fully understand the person and make educated decisions based on their knowledge of the person. Every person is able to communicate before their procedure, which involves placing a tracking and controlling device in the subjects left ankle. Three months before their 15 birthday, each person meets with their soon-to-be controller and discusses common interests. After everyone of the appropriate age has had their procedures, the world is a more welcoming place.
