I stopped in my tracks when our eyes connected.

Everything around me became a blur. I was frozen in this moment .. in his gaze.

I was snapped out of my daze by Anais pulling me in the direction of him and his friend.

He was around my height with free forms and his forearm tatted.

His skin was brown like warm caramel.

He was beyond handsome. I'd never really looked at a guy like that until now.

I knew I wasn't all the way straight, but to fully find out a party was wild.

I tried not to panic by cracking jokes in my head in an attempt to distract myself.

He broke our eye contact and began to smile.

My insecurities started to peak, so I started to look at the floor not paying attention to the people or the scenery around me.

We began to bump into hella people before my head really started getting to me.

I quickly looked for Ivy, but she separated from us as soon as she got here , and she was nowhere in the crowd .

At least nowhere I could see her and dip off to .

I began to mentally panic, scramble , and search for an outlet .

I knew Anias could tell how anxious I was becoming because her grip on my arm became tighter .

She was holding onto me like a mom in the grocery store .

I let go of her arm and b-lined for the kitchen .

Luckily, for me, not many people were in here.

My chest started getting tight and it was slightly getting hard to breathe .

I've never felt like this before ... What is this feeling ?

I immediately grabbed my inhaler out of my pocket and began to inhale .

Slowly my breathing improved and I didn't feel as shaky anymore .

There was plenty of food in here along with plenty of alcohol .

I knew I was supposed to be driving , so I decided to hold it together and not drink .

I'm so glad Ivy reminded me to bring my inhaler. She definitely comes in handy at times .

My holy grail besides my sister .

I smiled thinking about the two of them . I'm so grateful to have them both in my life .

I was grubbing too hard on my pizza to realize the kitchen door had opened .

It was just a few kids looking for the food .

I moved out of their way and threw my trash away.

When I made it out of the kitchen I couldn't see my sister anywhere .

All I could see were people turning the fuck up.

I didn't feel like being bothered , so I looked for a side door and made my way toward it .
