Chapter 15.2: The Knight

Everything is now prepared. ang mga bagahe ko ay nasa karwahe na. ang iba kong mga maid ay nasa pangalawa kong karwahe at hinihintay na bumaba.

Laurel and Verdé has been staying by my side this whole time and never left me. they helped me wear my cloths and dalhin sakin ang pagkain ko.

May isang oras pa ako bago umalis kaya't meron akong inutos kay Lauri at Verdé

It's about Herrace. 

Lauri entered the room carrying a clean knight uniform. lumapit si Verde kay lauri at kinuha ito. nag bow pa si verde sa akin bago umalis ng silid. 

Napalingon lang si Lauri kay Verde at nagtatakang tumingin sa akin. 

"Dont think about it" I said. She just nodded and quietly stand in the corner. 

                                        Third Person's POV 

Verde entered the cell where Herrace is staying

"Mag palit ka na ng damit"  She said sabay hagis ng damit sa mukha ni Herrace

Napayakap naman ang lalaki sa sarili habang nandidiring nakatingin kay Verde. Napansin naman niya ito 

Verde tilted her head, because of what herrace did.

"May problema ba tayo?" She asked

"You know we have" He said "You touched my body" He added

Verde couldn't help but to raise her one eyebrow " Nilinisan lang ekita"

Herrace screamed like a man who was victimized by a pervert "But you touched me! take responsibility"

At that moment, Verde is trying to maintain her calm because of what he said.

"Stop acting like a child. paguusapan natin yan later. mag bihis ka na. you will become my lady's knight" She said

Natigilan naman si Herrace at nagtatakang napatingin kay Verde

"Eh? Paano? I'm a foreigner, remember?" He said

Napasinghal si Verde. 

"You dont have a choice. pinasok mo ang kasinungalingang ito so panindigan mo" She said

Herrace was about to say something but Verde cut him off 

"There's no law in our country saying we cannot let a foreigner become our people or knight. If you're concerned about your allies out there. it looks like they abandoned you" 

Napataas ang Isang kilay ni Herrace sa sinabi ni Verde. but didn't say anything  Instead, just grab the cloths besides him.

Verder felt a big suspicion against this man. he is obviously powerful enough to escape or turn the duchy upside down yet he's not doing anything and letting himself go with the flow 

Biglang nilahad ni Herrace ang dalawang kamay na nakagapos parin sa bakal.

"I will do it. so why dont you remove this shit?" He said "Magpapalit ako ng suot, Hindi ko magagawa yon kung ganto kamay ko. Unless you want to touch my body again?" He said in a sarcasm tone.

Verde rolled her eyes because of what Herrace said. she's so speechless to this man. she cant believe that an annoying creature in front of her is a conservative man. 

Does people from that country  like this? 

Verde did not said anything but removed his chain. before letting go to him a symbol to suddenly appear into his chest

"Hoy, ano to?" He said

"My magic curse. if you betray my lady or do something I dont like it will paralyze or electrify you. the more heavy your sin, the more heavy is the punishment"

"Ah, so this is your personal attack to me? hearing you said those words reminds me about a certain witch" 

Verde did not listens to him. "Meet us outside the mansion" she saids and walks towards the door

"You forgot im a mage. i can remove this" Sabi ni herrace. habang nakaturo sa dibdib na may nakatatak na violet leaf symbol

Verde chuckles and gave him an insulting look

"Try it. dont underestamate me. if you failed you should kneel and beg me" After saying those words Verde left. 

Herrace did not leave his gaze to the place where Verde left and sighed.
