I couldn't help but secretly took a glance  to my lady loenna. If only she's not sick, I could tell she's acting different. as if she was turned into a different person. 

Is it because  she lost her memories? 

maalala kaya niya?  

Babalik pa ba ang mga ala-ala niya?

Muli nabalik ang focus ko sa binabasa kong libro. Nararamdaman ko pa din ang tensyon simula ng pinasok kami ng prinsipe sa loob ng karwahe. I can tell na galit pa rin si Verde sa lalaki. kahit naman ako, but what can I do? 

I'm just a scholar who decided to be a maid, I even came from a fallen aristocrat family. beings like me who always staying by my lady's side is already a shameful. 

It's like a trash or dirt clinging into a gold. 

I'm a geography major. people called it useless dahil paano ko daw maaaral ang mundo kung magiging maid lang ako sa huli? 

I decided to be knowledgeable about this world, because it's my passion.bawat sulok ng kingdom na ito ay alam ko. sa tingin ko din ay mapapakinabangan ang kaalaman kong ito ng aking master. 

Pero lately, my lady only give some commands to my comrades at lagi akong nasa tabi lang niya. well, ganon din naman si Verde.  pero naisip ko, mas mainam na rin yon. lagi ko siya ma gu-guide if she needs me. 

Malaki ang utang na loob ko sa kanya. siya lang ang tumulong sa akin at sa pamilya ko. if she didn't do that. baka matagal na kaming watak watak ng pamilya ko dahil ginawa na kaming alipin bilang bayad utang.

Habang naglalakad ako patungo sa klase ko ay randam ko ang matatalas na tingin ng mga tao sa paligid ko. I didnt do anything wrong except being from a fallen noble family,  isama na siguro na isa akong scholar.

they hated me for being a fallen noble and they're jealous because i'm  a scholar.

I've been studying here for months. konting tiis nalang ay matatapos ko na ang isang taon.

Pumasok ako sa classroom at umupo sa pinaka gilid to avoid their attention. I can still focus sa klase so being in the corner wont affect my study.

' nakita mo ba kung paano awayin ng prince si Loenna?'

'Yes! I didnt expect it. how can he do that to his fiancee? does it mean Loenna is losing her power?

'I think, he will replace her'

rinig kong tsismisan ng dalawa kong kaklaseng babae na sina Elimy at Sindy sa likod ko.

'Paano mo naman nasabi? her family has a great authority in both other kingdoms. duh'

'the prince is dumb. he'll do that'

'ssssh! mag ingat ka nga! baka madinig ka nung kung sino mawalan pa tayo ng ulo!'

Kahit hindi ako tumitingin ay naramdaman ko na lumapit sa kanila ang lalaki naming kaklase na si Jeroid Sigmund. He's the first son of Baron Sigmund, and the only heir.

He's a bully (a little) and also someone who likes hearing gossips.

'Yo! I heard you two talking about that couple? they will separate. I didnt expect it since when I was a kid I heard they have a good relationship'

'You're right! I also heard they used to be good friends. I wonder what happened?'

Jeroid laughed and whispered. but I can still hear them. I just pretended to be busy by reading my book.

'I think, It's because of that commoner girl'

'You mean, the girl who got adopted by that fallen family? what's her name again?'

'I think it's Rielle. I dont know.'

'Yes! that girl! but she looks like a good person'

'So what? she still have a commoner blood in her vain'

'Well, I'm not sure either if Loenna deserves to be the Empress since she looks like a failure like what rumors said'

'Really?! I've also heard she hurt and bullies her maids! she also spent millions of money randomly. her room was so extravangant. people believe it's made of gold!'

'Well, tons of bad rumors circulating that woman while the Rielle girl was like an angel'

'She's still a commoner and living under the fallen nobility'

'Oh! speaking of fallen family'

Lalo ako napayuko dahil sa huli nilang usapan.

I know what their last conversation means,

A fallen girl is in front of them. might be listening in our conversation.

I made myself really look like busy

but Sindy suddenly grab my hair

"You. are you listening to us?" Sabi niya

"Huh? Uh, No. please stop it hurts" Pakiusap ko

I really cant fight these people. I'm powerless. I might lose everything isang pagkakamali ko lang

Jeroid raised his eyebrows and smack Sindys hand slightly. Binitawan naman niya buhok ko.

"Well, I think she's really busy studying. look at her book. it's our lesson today"

Sindy just 'tsked' and rolled her eyes while elimy talked

"We're not done yet. trash" She said.

Jeroid didnt say anything but leave.

After that day. I went home, sinalubong ako ng yakap ng aking ina habang ang tatay ko naman ay kinuha sa tabi ko amg bagahe ko.

" Konti nalang anak, makukumpleto mo na ang isang taon" may halong ngiting wika ni Ina.

My dad didnt said anything. but he smiled at me and tapped my shoulders.

Tinulungan ko siya sa pagbubuhat ng bagahe ko. break namin ng isang linggo dahil sa papalapit na holiday, yun ay ang feast day of saint adelaide

Naayos ko  lahat ng gamit ko. so far, tahimik pa naman buhay namin dahil binenta ng ama ko ang iba naming ari-arian at gamit.

Matapos non ay binili namin itong bahay. the rest. ginastos sa pag papagamot ni ina.

Ang buong linggo ko masaya. tinapay lang ang kinakain namin. may konting prutas din kami dahil palihim kaming namitas ng bunso kong kapatid sa gubat di kalayuan.

Tahimik ang ilang araw ko sa simple, luma at kahoy naming bahay.

Maliban sa mismong araw ng saint adelaide day
