"Yugo, are you streaming right now?" I ask, knocking on his door.

"No, come in!" he says. I open the door and walk into his room.

"The others are having a movie night, do you wanna join?" He spins around in his chair.

"What movie?"

"Um, I think it's some horror movie Alban picked," I say.

"Are you gonna watch it?"

"I'm not sure...I don't do great with horror..."

"Do you need someone to protect you from the scary monsters~" he asks, smirking. I blush and look at the floor.

"N-No..." He chuckles and gets up.

"If you go, I'll go too." I nod, smiling.

"Okie! I'll be in the living room!" I go to the living room and plop down on the couch, wrapping myself in a blanket. Yugo sits beside me as the movie starts. I hope this isn't too scary...

An hour through the movie, a jumpscare makes me jump for the nth time tonight. Yugo leans over to me.

"Are you okay?" he whispers. I nod shakily. "No you're not, c'mere." He pulls me against him and lays with his back against the arm of the couch.

"Yugo-"

"Hush, I've got you." I relax and rest my head on his chest. We stay like this until the movie ends. By the time it's over, I'm fighting to keep my eyes open. "Let's get you to bed." Yugo says. I feel myself being picked up and my eyes shoot open. He carries me to my room and sets me down on the bed. I bundle up in the blankets and he turns to leave.

"Wait..." He stops. "Can you...stay with me? Until I fall asleep? I'm scared..." I whisper. He smiles and lays down next to me.

"Sure." I scoot towards him and snuggle into his chest.

"I-I love you..." I mumble. He wraps his arms around me and kisses the top of my head.

"I love you too~"
