"Izuku Midoriya, who placed first place in the qualifier, is worth ten million points!" Midnight announces as everyone looks at Midoriya, my heart starts beating in my chest that seemed like a pretty stressful spot to be in.
"Now then! Before we start, I must explain the rules to Cavalry Battle. The time limit is 15 minutes. Each team is worth the total number of its members points, and the riders will wear a headband with that number on their foreheads. Teams will try to grab each other's headbands until time runs out and try to keep as many points as they can. Stolen headbands must be worn from the neck up. So, the more you steal, the harder it'll be to manage them! The most important thing is that even if your headband gets stolen, or if your team falls, you are not out!" Ms. Midnight explains, the rules were fairly simple and easy to follow, nothing too hard, that is until you actually play the game.

Ms. Midnight then gives us 15 minutes to build our teams, but I just stand there like a frozen statue. Kirishima walks up to me and pats my back, "Hey, I saw you weren't moving. Do you need help finding a team? We need one more person anyway!" He says excitement, filling his voice, I walk beside him as he leads me to his team. There Bakugo, Mina, and him. "Bakugo! We have to let Y/n join our team. She doesn't have one yet, and it would be a waste not to have her in our team!" He exclaims "Yeah Bakugo, let her join our team!" Mina says, trying to convince him.

"Shut up, both of you! I was gonna ask her if she wanted to be in our team anyway!" He yells at them before looking at me and nodding his head, "Well, do you want to join our team?" I nod my head. "I've got no one else to join, so sure." I say, shrugging my shoulders. "YAYY!" Mina exclaims once I finish my sentence.

The time limit runs out, and a loud honk can be heard throughout the whole stadium as President Mic talks into the microphone again. Once all teams get into position, the person with the headband being carried by their other teammates, President Mic, starts counting down. The moment Ms. Midnight says start everyone goes running for Midoriya, poor guy, when Midoriya's team try to run away from the students one of the students uses his quirk to make this sink to the ground like quicksand, but Midoriya presses a button, and he goes flying into the sky because of a gadget on his back.

They land on the floor and start running again, but two teams surround them. One that contains class B students and one with Shoji by himself? I take a closer look before noticing that he has his arms protecting his teammates, Uraraka tries to move again bit one of Minetas balls gets stuck in her shoe which makes Deku press the button again making the gadget Uraraka's shoe get torn apart. Bakugo then jumps up from our arms and uses his explosions to fly up to Midoriya and take away his headband.
As Bakugo reaches for the headband Dark Shadow protects Midoriya from one of Bakugos explosions, I then shoot our team up into the sky and we catch Bakugo again, after we've done so, I create pillars to make our landing safer and we reach the ground again.

President Mic announced in the speaker that he will be checking the points up on a screen, and what he says makes my face drop. Our team had zero points! "Class A is so simple-minded.." A yellow haired guy scoffs as he takes the headband from Bakugo's head, "What was that bastard?! Give that back!" Bakugo yells to him. "Since Midnight said it was the first game, it wouldn't make sense for them to cut a ton of people in the qualifier, right? Assuming they'd keep about forty people for the next stage, we just made sure we stayed within that number as we ran, observing from the back the Quirks and personalities of our rivals. There's no point in being obsessive over winning in the prelims, right?" The blonde boy says with a menacing look on his face. "Oh, while I'm at it, you're famous, aren't you? As the victim of a sludge incident! Tell me about it sometime - about how it feels to be attacked by a villain once a year." He finishes, which makes Bakugo boiling with anger.

I see that he also narrows his eyes at me for a second before scoffing, "Kirishima... Change of plan.." He says, anger filling his voice, Kirishima turns to him, and his face immediately starts to sweat, I mean, mine was too seeing how pissed Bakugo looked right now. "Before we get Deku... let's kill all these guys!" He says venom, filling his voice and face, which makes the blonde guy smirk, I guess he wants to get Bakugo worked up..
