🝮 Etstukä POV 🝮

"Do you seriously have to attend to those duties now?" Tsireya whined, clinging onto my right arm like her life depended on it. I just nodded in response, not even sparing at glance at my younger sister. "I need you to come help Aonung, Rotxo and I teach the forest people our breathing tricks! Surely Father and Mother wouldn't mind if they found out you were helping your siblings take care of our dear guests, after all."

I stopped walking, finally looking down at the younger Metkayinan Princess standing next to me. "What part of 'no' do you not understand?" I asked rudely. "I'm not helping you teach the forest people how to, uh... breathe." Tsireya scoffed, rolling her eyes. I continued to walk forward, Tsireya following.

"Whatever," she said, pretending as if she didn't care that I turned her offer down. "You never wanna do anything with us without me having to beg you over and over again. It hurts, I'll have you know." After she said that, I stopped.

She was right.

I had been so busy and caught up in my 'duties' and 'schedule' that I barely even look any of my siblings in the eye anymore. I turned around, only to see a sad Tsireya, her gaze glued to the ground. I walked closer to her, patting her on the head gently.

"Fine," I sighed, giving in AGAIN. Tsireya and her fucking persuasion skills. Tsireya looked up at me swiftly, a big grin spread across her face.
"I'll come with you guys. Buttt! If you put me with that fucking forest boy again I won't help anymore. got it?" I say threatening her as I point to herself

"Yes!" she squealed. "Lets go! They're waiting for us down at the rock pools." With that, Tsireya grabbed tight hold of my wrist, sprinting away to the rock pools, dragging me along with her. I kept moving, trying to keep up with her even though she was practically tearing off my wrist so I wouldn't graze my body on the concrete below.

When we finally got there, I saw Aonung, Rotxo, Kiri, Lo'ak and Neteyam all sitting in a circle, a spot saved for me in between Aonung and Neteyam

ugh I don't want to sit next to the forest boy but Aonung is right there. fine I guess

Neteyam's POV

I chuckled at Aonung's statement. Sure, I might've been a bit flunky when riding my lu, but that doesn't mean I can't learn how to ride one properly. As soon as I opened my mouth to speak, I heard the voice of the youngest child of Tonowari and Ronal.

"Guys!" Tsireya called out. "I brought her! She's here!" I turned around to see Tsireya and Etstukä making their way over to the 5 of us sitting on the rocks, Tsireya holding onto Etstukä wrist. I smiled at the two girls running towards us, gently waving a hand.

"Finally," I heard Kiri whisper to herself, waving at Tsireya and Etstukä. I smirked, knowing Kiri doesn't like being alone with a bunch of boys.

"Hey guys," Tsireya spoke softly, panting slightly. Etstukä came and took a seat next to me, her thigh being pressed against my knee because of the way she was sitting. Of course, me being a male teen, my mind went haywire at the feeling of her skin against mine once again.
