Currently, El Presidente is reading reports from the expedition forces with word of life now confirmed in this world. The only sentient life found is an Anthropomorphic Wolf encountered by the 5th Company from North East of this lower continent. From what they converse with this man humans also exist in this world and now this gives him more questions. First how many sentient life other than humans exist in this world? Well beastkin from what they call themselves are the first they encounter but what else? From his Second question, what is the technological era? From what they could guess they might be somewhere from the 14th or the 16th century with the Wolf commenting about their 'muskets' which that word would be enough for a guess but not enough to measure the rest of their era of technology. The third and final what is the current Geopolitical situation are they in? Currently, no doubt nations will exist in this world from what they see on the satellites of the continent that was once Europe and Africa they're might be tons of nations from there right in the east where the Atlantic Ocean was, well 1/3 the size of the former Atlantic Ocean.

This information might be good news for Tropico with nations possibly existing they might have the trade to export but the bad news is that currently, these nations might be still in the late medieval or the early renaissance-like era, and with that mindsets may differ from those eras and the modern era. Possibly this nation's leaders could have conquerers' mindsets in which war will still be common for this area but they might not worry as they have a modern technological advantage if they do make trading relations with these countries they have plenty of resources they could export such as their large surplus of food and minerals. Does he still wonder what kind of resource goods this otherworld might have? Could there be some kind of new type of animal or plant that might not exist in their world? Whatever ever it is they will still have the goods if the trade is a success but as of now he would also obviously try to prevent any advanced technology from being traded to these nations until trust might be fully built.

But then there is one problem as any country, kingdom, or nation that exist back in the medieval age how would they react to Tropico? They are indeed a hundred years ahead of them which may tip the balance of power with the modern era they could be a superpower in this world even if they have the technology back in the 19th century they could still be technically powerful which now they may take advantage and with possible kingdoms or empires with ideas of conquering smaller nations they may be a problem in the future. Well they could still initiate their armies to dust well technically they could with their arsenals, even if the armies of Tropico are indeed powerful they may be unable to launch a full-scale invasion of any larger empires as they lack the size, and logistics due to Tropico still technically a small archipelago nation with only territories which they don't have fully secured yet. If any kingdoms do declare war on them the best they can do right now is to destroy any invading forces until the kingdoms exhaust their manpower forcing them into peace but with that, they will be planning for any contingencies if this could even happen

With the military in mind, it is best they should try putting more resources into the military to research and development sectors as right now with their missing 'freedom-loving' suppliers and its Atlantic band of merry lads they may lack any arsenal in the decades to come as they grow larger. They can produce their own munition or anything to maintain their weapons but they lack any production of the actual arsenal itself except mostly for their infantry logistics. They should be developing more on their armored arsenal, air force assets, and naval vessels. They could spare expenses for this research and development but it would take a while until they have a large flow of revenue with their start of construction in the region beginning a week ago they would soon possibly only gain less than a margin until more domestic issues are solved.
