Chapter Four: Troubled Times

West past the new Tropican channel currently a mass construction of a town is undergoing as per orders from El Presidente Salvador. The construction began ten days ago as hundreds of workers led by are sent into these lands in order to expand their civilization in order for their survival. 

Right now, Tropico has been suffering in a middle of an economic crisis it has been stabilizing but along with the major poverty, homelessness, and unemployment skyrocketed due to their 'survival' from the event. Currently the purpose of the construction of towns, and villages is in order to help their nation. 

They now continued with commercial, and residential buildings and public services in the area. The construction workers' pay where tripled as they are being overloaded and overworked. There are also now have been an increase in employment in the construction sectors as they have become an essential part of their nation they need to expand

Emilio Sancho is in the middle of a thirty-minute lunch break along with some fellow co-workers. He as of now held a sandwich in his hand as he took a bite of his lunch as they discuss while other workers continued their construction in the background while being overseen by the foreman in the area.

"What name are you gonna give him?" A co-worker asked another 

"That we haven't decided yet well until I get back home." He responded as he shook his head

"Well if we get things done your paychecks will pay more his formula." Said another worker

"That I can agree." The newly made father said as he sip his coffee

"So Emilio how are things going on your end?" Said the first co-worker

"Not much to say but not as well as we expected." He responded with a frown

"Why is that?" He asked

"Well currently my family has been facing problems now well my brother works for an agricultural tower that was shut down and my father works at a factory that was also shut down" He explained as his fellow workers listened he quickly changed into a smile

"But hey not to worry they have me paying for bills until they can get on their feet." Said Emilio with a smile

"Hey, we got all our problems of our own now it's up to us to solve." Said the second co-worker

"By the way, anyone thinks of moving here when it gets done?" Asked the third co-worker

"Well of course I think I may." Said the first co-worker as he continued explaining his goal

"Well housing ain't cheap combined with the rising rent in my apartment I think I should look for a cheaper option." 

"Yeah your right about that I think I should move out of the island" Emilio agreed as he finished his lunch

"What's wrong with Tropico City?" The second co-worker asked

"Well Tropico City ain't that bad even a pizza delivery guy can afford an apartment but I think it's best for a cheaper option Rico." He explained his reason

"Well that you may be right and i think we should better head back to work" Rico suggested as he stood from his chair

"By the way how's your brother Rico? I'm pretty sure he may have the blast in his life going to Dora the exploring uncharted territories." He asked his fellow co-worker

"Well at least they are the first to step foot on the grass in those areas but I kinda regret not joining the military." Rico stated his thoughts

"And why didn't quit your job the armed forces are very open for recruits combined with the rising recruitment rates I suggest you better take the opportunity before they ran out of guns to be handing out." Emilio asked Rico
