As much as you love Boi, you were scared that he might not love you back. You've seen some of your friends getting rejected and some gettinf accepted by their crushes so you weren't sure about yourself. Sure, Boi is quite the goofy and silly student and you were well... You but you weren't sure if he truly likes you.
It was the end of the weekdays at school and almost every students went home, excluding you and... The Boi, your 'best buddy'. You saw him skipping to a tree, questioning what he was doing you shook it off. The Boi is The Boi and he can do whatever he wants.
Walking back to your locker, you swung it open and a note fell. Surprised yet curious, you looked around if it was anyone's doing. Some students seems to be minding their own business so you guessed it wasn't from any of them.
You then picked up the note and put your books back in the locker. Shutting the locker locked, of course. You inspected the note. It seemed slightly crumbled with messy handwriting. You could also see some heart doodles all over.
Laughing lightly, you thought this was a love letter. Flipping the over, it said :-
Meet me at the maple tree near the school exit !! :3
You can already tell it was Boi's writing, although you weren't sure what it's for. You shoved the note in your pocket and walked to the school exit.

A student in a blue hoodie with a blue unshanka fiddled with his hoodie strings. Worried that his crush won't come up. Suddenly, a shadow loomed infront of him. Looking up, it was [Reader], he was honestly surprised they actually came.
"So uhm, I saw the letter..." You finally spoke up, breaking the silence. "Yeah! The letter was from me actually! I thought you wouldn't came.." He responded, he seems not happy as usual. There was a hint of nervousness in his eyes.
"Boi, you're being all nervous suddenly. What's wro-" He cut you off due to his impatience. (So rude) "I like you! As in, like like you. A-And I was wondering if you would l-like to be my p-partner...?" He blurted out with a cat-like face. You could see some sweat dripping on his forehead and a tint of blush on his cheeks.
You were surprised by the sudden confession and blushed lightly. "It's okay if you don't like me back really !! We can just stay as best friends if you want, I don't wanna make you uncomfortab-" This time, you cut him off but with a quick kiss on his cheek. Pulling off, you smiled warmly at him. His blush grew redder and his nervousness was washed away with a giddy and silly smile.
Guess he did like you back afterall. :3
