"Oh my god! Dewey! What's going on?" I said to the man once I spotted him. God was I ever good at pretending to be clueless.
I ran up to Dewey and saw that behind him Billy was being arrested, when I saw that sight my heart dropped to my stomach. How did they find out it was him? What the hell did Billy fucking do? Was he going to give me and Stu up?
"Sid was attacked, she thinks that it was Billy." Dewey whispered to me. Thinks, thank the lord.
The Sheriff pulled in beside Dewey and the Riley boy had a proud smile on his face. "I got him Sheriff!" Dewey exclaimed hoping to be praised.
"Wait! Who is it?" Burke asked, "Billy Loomis." Dewey stated. "Call these guys off! It wasn't me!" Billy exclaimed. I looked over at Billy and saw him looking at me, Burke excused me from the scene and I walked behind the crime scene tape.
I walked over to Sidney as she was sat in the back of an ambulance. "Oh my god Sid! Are you okay?" I asked her, tears welled up i'm her eyes and she quickly wiped them away. "I just don't know why he'd do something like that El." she said trying not to let her voice break.
"I don't know either Sid." I lied, pulling her into a hug. Burke and Dewey walked over to us with a serious expression. "Do you mind El?" Dewey asked, "It's fine Dewey, she can stay." Sid said to him as I put an arm around her shoulder.
"Sidney to you mind coming down to the station with us? We have a few questions to ask you." Burke said, as Sidney was about to answer a car pulled up and Tatum ran out.
"Sid!" she yelled, "Tatum, we're given need you to leave. This is an official crime scene." Dewey spoke. "It's fine, she can stay too." Sid said once again.
"She's staying with us this weekend, her dads out of town." Tatum said, "Sidney too? Does mom know that the both of them are staying with us?" Dewey asked, "Yes doofus." Tatum added and Dewey nodded.
"Let's get you out of here." Burke said to Sidney, "You'll be okay." Tatum said to Sidney. "You're so strong Sid." I said to her, trying to give her motivation.
Yeh I was supposed to hate her, but I couldn't act to heartless in front of others. Especially the police. But even thought I didn't like Sid, there's part of me that's always going to have a special spot in my heart for her, and I hated it.
Me and Tatum walked Sidney to the cop car, we said our goodbyes and told her that we'd meet her there. Once the car drive off someone began to bang ok the windows asking if Sod was in there.
Once the car was out of the way I noticed that it was Gale, I rolled my eyes and began walking to my car. Since Tatum had also take hers we were going to meet up.
I could hear Tatum talking to Gale and I laughed, sucks to be her. I spoke to soon when someone tapped me on the shoulder. "Hey Elenor." Gale said, "Gale." I greeted her.
