I fell into the bed my muscles relaxed,my eyes closed shut as i let out a sigh i felt a dip into the bed "y/nn" mikey whined "hi" i said in a low tone "whats with the long face? She questioned,i rolled over to mikey hugging her figure "long day? I nodded in her presence

Mikey smiled kissing the top of my hair,i listened closely to her heartbeat,we breathed in the same rhythm,the tv blaring about something you both didnt care about all the pain in my body left in that moment in time,and all I cared about was mikey,we layed there silently as the rain poured on the window sill some slipping inside

The thunder struck the ground catching both of you off guard mikey jumps in fear of the abrupt sound "are you scared of thunder? "What no...im not! Mikey spoke anxiously "yes you are scaredy cat! "Im not! She whined you giggled in her childness "its not funny! "It is your 24! Its just a little thunder mikey you wont die" "you dont know that! She shook you,you patted the empty space in the bed,she slowly crawled into the space next to you "thats right so slow arent you" you whispered in her ear seductively,mikey kissed you "alright stop it horndog" I said laughing,mikey rolled her eyes at your antics "you started it now i end it" she giggles

Thunder struck on the dirt again "fuck! Mikey cursed burying herself deeper into your neck "scaredy cat" I said twirling her hair,i felt her leave soft loving kisses on my neck "aww poor baby do you need some milk? "Shut up" she whined lightly punching your chest she twirled your hair in her fingers as I payed attention to the rain,the rain poured as the clouds growled,the thunder striking one spot to another scaring mikey everytime

"Shhh baby lets go to sleep" i whispered in her ear "mhmp"

I woke up,mikey still fast asleep,the rain gone,the tv off

I got up and checked the time '2:00 AM' jesus christ we slept long

I rubbed my eyes my vision blurred throat dry and body warm

I stood up walking to the kitchen to get a fresh cup of water

The icey cool of the breeze felt different to the warming tone of our bedroom

The water poured in the cup slowly filling it up

I stopped the flow,rising the cup towards my mouth drinking the fluid

The cold water was nice and cooling to my dry throat

I heard footsteps speed up in my direction,my heartbeat fastened

As the footsteps got closer i turned and saw mikey

"Hey baby" "hii" you smiled,you basically fell into her open arms as she carried both you to the couch to rest a little while longer
