Chapter 5: The Next Level and Graduation Approaching!

(Age 10/Beginning of the Year)

I wake up and head to school. Which turns out to be just like any other day. Iruka has us all try the three Shinobi Jutsu that we previously learnt, since most of us now have the Chakra control to stick multiple leaves all over our body. I preform about as moderately as I can with the two Jutsu I excel at. I even accidentally try to do a really great clone. But it's still off in some way or form. Apparently, it is still 'Not Passible'. Of course, I get multiple laughs and taunts. But I brush them off, knowing that I could easily take on everyone in my class in a fight and then some. Sasuke Uchiha by far is the worst of them. He just like to push all of my buttons. He's lucky that I swore to try and help and be friends with him. Or it would be a prank war! When the day finally ends and I get home, I open up the book of Fuinjutsu level 5.

Many things have changed over the break. I have figured out that the chains must be a bloodline of the Uzumaki Clan. I truly still don't have any idea what it does. But I do know that the chains are made out of my Chakra. That's something I now know. Oh, on top of that. I am now at a part of learning Fuinjutsu, where one can start learning really cool seals. Like, a better version of the Chakra Draining seal. Which I have been practicing like no one's business. As well as the art of outwards sealing, or otherwise known as Barriers. It states in the book that it's Barrier Ninjutsu, but as Uzumaki, we can easily create barriers with Fuinjutsu too. Which can affect certain things like, light, sounds, or Chakra from entering. It's the most exciting thing I have read within the Fuinjutsu books. Some of the scrolls with the temple also give me examples to work off of. Which is truly a blessing.

Ever since I started making my own seal. I truly wondered if you could do so on your own body. Turns out, I can. So, I do just that. On my body are two seals on each wrist, as well as one on the back of my neck. That one took a bit to do, but it turned out okay after Mrs. Mikasa checked on it. On terms of non Fuinjutsu skills, I can now get all of the stones to stick to me without a big hassle. I can finally move on to what I saw some of the Shinobi last year do. Wall Walking, it sounds impossible. But they just did it. I remember it so clearly; it took everything in me to not shout in amazement. 

(2 Weeks Later/ In Class)

Iruka: "Alright class, today we will be talking about the Hokage, more in-depth." 

I tune out most of it. Until I hear the name Minato Namikaze. Iruka asks the class what they know about the man. People raise their hands and say things like, "He was the fastest shinobi alive, and he ended the 3rd great Shinobi World War, and that he was a genius. My favorite, he killed the Nine-Tailed Fox and save all of Konoha." Which Iruka sensei nods his head to all of them being correct. But I really doubt that the last one is. Then I hear him ask something which I think no one will know anything about, because I don't know what he's talking about.

Iruka: "Would anyone for extra credit. even though I'm pretty sure no one here will know it. Can anyone tell me the name of the move singularly created by the Fourth Hokage?"

As everyone is stumped without an answer. I see Shikamaru raise his head and speak.

Shikamaru: "It was called the Rasengan."

Iruka: "...Y-you're right. H-how did you manage to come across that information?"

Shikamaru: *yawns* "My dad mentioned it one night, they were friends apparently."

Naruto: '...Makes sense.... The Rasengan, hmmm.... I'm going to learn it. But how?... Jiji.' *Smiles to himself*

(1 Month Shy of Turning 11)

I sit there with a water balloon in my hand. 'I thought that this would be easy. I feel like I'm so close too. But I haven't gotten to practice for more than a couple of days with all of the other things that happened earlier in the year. I still can't believe all the information I got out of Jiji when I used the excuse of looking up to the 4t Hokage. telling him that Iruka told me that he was a Fuinjutsu prodigy as well, was icing on the cake. He even told me more about his fighting style. Not a whole lot but enough to change my own. He even manages to claim to know the two exercise which allow one to create the Rasengan. Such as popping a water balloon filled with rubber and then popping a rubber ball filled with air.
