Leon has learnt to hold back his possessiveness, though the leash is strained. Since you're often around men like Leon, he's had to learn to trust you and keep an eye on the other agents.
He often is quietly possessive, just wrapping an arm around your waist or grabbing your hand and pulling you in for a kiss is enough for him to stake his claim, however if he's feeling extra jealous or possessive he'll pull you onto his lap or take you somewhere so he can leave a mark to show your his.
Leon's had some bad past relationships, so reassurance really does help him. Just smiling at him or telling him how you feel helps him to feel more secure with you. Leon after a while of dating has little trouble telling you how he feels, often murmuring into your ear.
If a someone lays their hands on you or crosses a line, Leon has no hesitation to step in with a one liner, often a threat. If that doesn't work, Leon uses his fists, but this hardly ever happens since he's got his death stare perfected.
