"Father... do I absolutely one hundred and sixty million percent really have to go?" Groaned Kelpie, a bright green seawing with even brighter yellow bioluminescent scales. She looked around, at the black and yellow hivewings, which had only recently came to Pyhrria, and at the silkwings, who came with the hivewings, and all the other dragons who had been selected from every school and academy to come here because of their AMAZING test scores or GREAT sportsmanship.
The most Kelpie had done was make some dragonets stop throwing cow at each other, and for some reason she was pulled out of Jade Mountain Academy to go to this stupid school filled with a bunch of dorks who didn't doodle on their scrolls during math or sleep in till the final gong. But she was here, and that is all. No friends, no Dragonets of Destiny (Clay was her favorite, because he was most definitely DOWN to share some horses, unlike TSUNAMI who would smack food out of Kelpie's talons.) "Well, Kelpie, your grades were so good that you don't belong in that academy!" He said with pride. He pushed Kelpie almost off the boulder they were perched on. "Go on, now. Wouldn't want to be late, do you?" He stared directly into her soul and lifted her chin. Kelpie glared and pulled herself away. "I would PREFER being very late, so then I get EXPELLED and NEVER HAVE TO GO HERE BECAUSE I AM A HORRIBLE STUDENT WHO DESERVES TO BE LEFT AT THE SHARK-SNIFFIND JA-" She screamed in horror as her father shoved her off the boulder, and to her death. She spread her wings and glided the rest of the way down.
