CAIRO: hindi ko alam kung masasaktan ba ako o kikiligin dahil sa tinginan niyong dalawa eh, (pang-aasar nito) WYATT: alam mo kung titingnan sa malayuan, bagay pala kayong dalawa, i mean bagay talaga kayo, (dagdag pa nito) CAIRO: tama, bakit hindi nalang kayo? KC: sira alam niyo naman diba na hindi pa ako ready, CAIRO: kelan ka magiging ready kapag hindi na ikaw ang gusto ni Darwin? DARWIN: i promised na magse-stay ako sa tabi niya hangga't hindi pa siya ready, na dito lang ako hanggang sa maisip at ma-realize niya na mahal niya na ako, WYATT: wow naman, tama yan, alam mo konti nalang, malay mo bukas sagutin ka na niya
Nagtawanan naman sila dahil dun, habang nagku-kwentuhan naman sila ay biglang dumating sina Val at Audrey.
VAL: Wyatt, Cairo, bad news, Drew is married (sigaw nito pagka-pasok na pagka-pasok niya sa restobar, kaya hindi niya napansin na nandoon din si KC at narinig nito lahat ng sinabi niya) KC: what? (gulat na tanong nito, at nakaramdam na naman siya ng sakit dahil doon) ulitin mo nga yung sinabi mo Val, (utos nito sa kanya) CAIRO: bunganga mo kasi eh (saway nito sa kanya) VAL: hindi ko alam na nandito siya (sagot nito) CAIRO: ah KC wala lang yun okay, si ano kasi yun ahm, yung, yung neighbor nila na kapangalan ni Drew kasal na, yun, diba Val? (pagsisinungaling nito) VAL: huh? ah oo, yun nga yun, DARWIN: KC, ikinasal na si Drew sa iba, (sabi nito na ikinagulat ng lahat)
Unti unti namang pumapatak yung mga luha sa mga mata ni KC dahil dun, umaasa pa naman siya na babalik si Drew para sa kanya, para tuparin yung pangako niya pero mukhang tama nga yung hinala niya na may iba na 'to, and worse eh kasal na.
CAIRO: I don't know if I'll be hurt or thrilled because of the way you two look each other, (teasing) WYATT: you know from a distance, you two are a good fit, I mean you really meant to be together, (he added) CAIRO: right, why not? They laughed because of that, while they were talking, suddenly Val and Audrey came.
VAL: Wyatt, Cairo, bad news, Drew is married. KC: what? (he asked in shock, and he felt pain again because of that) repeat what you said Val, (he ordered her) CAIRO: your mouth (he scolds her) VAL: I didn't know he was here (this answer) CAIRO: ah KC, that's okay, what's that, ahm, that, their neighbor whose name is Drew is married, isn't that Val? (it's lying) VAL: Huh? ah yes, that's it, DARWIN: KC, Drew is married to someone else, (he says this to everyone's surprise)
Little by little, KC's eyes were filled with tears because of that, he was still hoping that Drew would come back for him, to fulfill his promise, but it looks like his suspicion is right that Drew was already with someone else, and worse is they are already married.
