So, remember basement maniac drew? This story involves him.

Basically Drew has been coming to school more recently and a few days ago he came in with a pink eye

Our math teacher (Mr N) immediately noticed and was like "don't touch anything, eye infections are very dangerous"  and the whole day he was itching his eyes and washing his hands

And mind you, eye infections are actually extremely dangerous and no, just because he had an eye infection didn't mean we didn't treat him differently, we were more careful and he even played games with us like 4 square

So, next day he comes in, his eye is extremely swollen I asked him "are you okay? Did you get a diagnosis?" And he said "Yeah, I have conjunctivitis, it's extremely dangerous and infectious 😊" and I get shocked and the 4th graders in the room are also shocked and are at this point staying away, leaving Drew in one corner, and I know because I'm educated (yes about medicine too) CONJUNCTIVITIS IS NOT A JOKE!!!!!!!!!! It can spread through the air and by touch too. Knowing Drew, Drew literally licks his fingers and touches everything he sees like a 5 yr old.

So knowing this, this info is making us stay away from him because he at any moment can come up to us and start touching us because we are used to it and he built himself this reputation.

The 4th and 5th graders are getting a bit more like scared and to anyone who comes in the dressing room (where this was happening) they would scream "Drew has an eye infection"

Although I did not scream or anything I told some people that Drew has conjunctivitis and that we need to be careful as it is highly contagious and THAT IS A FACT. Even since a child I have a fear of catching it, like tapeworms for example. It's my biggest fear and I'm very scared of it.

And then a few teachers come into the room and and ask "why is Drew standing in one corner of the room 🥺🥺😡🥺" and I explained to the teacher that he has conjunctivitis and we didn't wanna be close to him as he could do something that would get us infected because he has a history of doing that. And the teachers get mad we aren't playing with him even though he has a fucking infection

Now I'm just questioning why he's at school

As more people come they r aware of the situation, Drew also acts like it's a flex, I just told everyone to be careful, like I would've done for anyone, it wasnt necessarily bullying.

So right, he goes home finally. The next day (today) Mrs L (literature and writing) and Mrs A. (The legendary science teacher who I started disliking recently) want to "have a chat"

I don't know. Remember Mrs A? How I praised her and said she was cool, things changed, very fast I can say. I used to love her but now she's just... strange. I don't know what happened to her but she isn't the same anymore to be honest, it's like she's mad at our whole class for something.

So basically Mrs L and Mrs A partnered up (let's call it) and showed us an infographic chart of bullying and then they asked us "have any of you bullied people yesterday"

I was like "what is going on" and then Karen actually figured out the situation and said "is it because of Drew" so we had a long conversation about bullying where Mrs L and Mrs A basically blamed all of us for bullying Drew because of his pink eye. How were we bullying him?

1. "We were excluding him"
I have a good reply to that, yes we were because he has a fucking disease it's not a joke

2. "We spread RUMORS about him"
No we didn't, we told everyone about the situation, not spread rumors

3. "We INSULTED him"
No we didn't.

Then Mrs A decides to blame me for bullying Drew, calling me a bully (no I'm not joking)

I'm like "what??? I'm just cautious I don't wanna get sick"

At this time, Sam has a small cold (I think so? @neverseen26 pls confirm this) and was wearing a mask at school and the teachers used this example "Why aren't you treating Sam like Drew? Why aren't you excluding her?"

Which my reply was "I'm more scared of Conjunctivitis then cold/COVID" and they said "Don't act like you have medical knowledge" first of all, I have common knowledge, second of all, I'm vaccinated. Let's me ask you something.
would you rather have pink eye, lay in bed for 1 month + waking up with pus and discharge in ur eyes, having blurry vision and in rare cases permanent eye damage/problems? Or be at home for max a week coughing and sneezing. I think I would rather pick a cold. However I'm not saying that covid is not dangerous, it is ofcourse, however for me I'm more scared of pink eye, but again I do not wanna get covid.

I tell them that and they say "you'll learn some day, one day you will be bullied and some shit and etc" but I already have been. In this school. And what has been done? Absolutely nothing.
Even this year. Drew makes everyone uncomfortable and nothing is done "oh that's just what he does, oh that's normal for him" and when.... What did I call him... Darren? So Darren also harassed me and called me names in school. Isn't that bullying? But since the teachers loved him for no reason. nothing was done. And I'm somehow always the bully LMAO

So then I say that I wasn't calling him names and that I was distancing myself from him and then, Mrs A pulls up a fucking document in which are the things that "we said" Jaren was also accused of being a bully and the document said "Insert my name: *shouting* Drew has a disease! Jaren: Stay away from Drew!"

I told them that I wasn't even shouting and stuff and that I just camly explained it to everyone and they go "Do you think WE adults are lying" and I thought in my head "yes"

I tried to argue with them but they just kept repeating their points. Wow congratulations Mrs L and Mrs A our true anti bullying queens 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺 you definitely stop all the bullying at our school 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺

But the only thing I'm happy ab is that our class collectively agrees that this convo was stupid and that we didn't bully Drew LMAO

It's like the teachers don't take this seriously conjunctivitis is serious wtf

Anyways then we joked around and I started "bullying" Sam by going up to her and saying "ew ur sick" we had a good laugh.

Drew's parents most likely contacted the school and said some stuff because teachers never rlly have this convo. Just like how much of the "bullying" isn't handled.
