                             Just her and him

Author's POV

Sunoo sighed but nod in agreement. „Alright I understand. That's actually better! I'll support you in any way just tell us what to do!" He smiled.

Ni-ki looked to Jungwon to see if he will help him too. „Of course I'll help too, even if I don't really care about romantic stuff. But I do care for you and I'm always there if you need me or us." Jungwon smiled and patted his back.

„Thank you." Ni-ki said with a smile on his face and the three of them head back to their rooms. „Do y'all know what's the plan for tomorrow?" Ni-ki asked them both curiously on the way to their rooms.

„I actually don't know, the teacher didn't said anything yet, so I assume he tells us tomorrow after breakfast." Jungwon stated. Ni-ki and Sunoo parted ways with Jungwon since he was sharing his room with other students.

Entering the room Taki and Daniel sat on Taki's bed and the two of them were on their phones. They didn't noticed the presence of Sunoo and Ni-ki. Without saying anything the two got ready for bed.

It was morning and everyone was heading down to the lobby to eat breakfast. While the students were eating the teacher sat up and announced the plan for today. For the first day, ice skating was on the planning list. „Everyone eat up and get ready for ice skating. We'll be off at 1 pm!"

With that the teacher sat back down and continued his breakfast and every student answered with a loud 'Yes teacher.'

Y/n sat with her friends as usual, talking about how scared she actually is. „Hey it'll be fine. If you fall down it won't be that embarrassing." Taki tried to cheer her up but it didn't really help.

„It is. Imagine you fell down and everyone's eyes are on you. How would you feel?" Y/n asked him back and he just laughed it off.

„Y/n I'm sure you won't fall if you stick with me. And if you fall down I'm there to help you quickly!" Eunchae smiled and gave her a quick hug, to make her feel a little safe.

Y/n nod and gave her a smile as a response. Soon everyone stood up and headed to their rooms to get ready. Ni-ki was quick with his breakfast so he was already in his room, getting ready and looking forward to ice skating.

The idea of him skating and seeing her there too makes him happy but also nervous. He is glad Sunghoon taught him and his other friends how to skate so he's confident and doesn't worry about things like falling down or looking stupid while skating.

Soon it was 1 pm and Y/n got ready with Eunchae. Taki told Eunchae that Y/n shouldn't forget her bobble hat, since it looks cute on her and he thinks Ni-ki would think that too. Eunchae understood the assignment and reminded her to wear the bobble hat.

„So.." Eunchae started and Y/n hummed in response while she looked for her phone. „Have you ever thought about confessing to you know..?" Y/n let out a deep groan. „Eunchae please don't start! I don't want to think about him right now. I have better things to do. Besides he doesn't even like me."

Eunchae smiled to herself, she knows what Y/n said isn't true, Ni-ki does like her. A lot. „Okay okay I'm sorry. Let's hurry up, we don't have much time left."

Y/n grabbed her bobble hat and her phone, both headed out to the lobby where everyone was supposed to meet. „Is everyone here now?" The teacher asked with his attendance list in his hands. He looked on the list and checked if every student was here and he nod, meaning every student has gathered here.

„Alright get in the bus, we need some minutes to the ice rink!" The teacher announced and the students headed to the bus as they were told. Y/n sat next to Eunchae and it didn't took too long for them to arrive.

The teacher paid for everything and an employee explained to the students what to look out for while skating so they won't get hurt or anything.

Ni-ki kept glancing at Y/n and her friends and his friends noticed it and smiled mischievously as if they were planning something. After the employee explained everything, he wished them a lot of fun and so the students started to wear their skates and the students went one by one to the ice rink.

Ni-ki went ahead already, happy to skate after a while. Sunoo and Jungwon were ready too and skated to Ni-ki's way. „Yah! Riki you could've waited for us you know?" Sunoo told him and stopped once they approached him.

„Sorry I just missed it to skate, it's been a while. The last time we skated was 2 years ago with Sunghoon hyung." Ni-ki explained and started to skate away again, Jungwon and Sunoo groaned and skated after him.

Y/n was scared. Eunchae helped her to stand up and walk to the ice rink together. Daniel and Taki waited for them already inside the ice rink. „Do you think Ni-ki will do a move today?"

Daniel asked Taki as they watched him skate with Jungwon and Sunoo. „I'm not sure, maybe something will happen today though. Ni-ki was really shy when he realized that he likes her, so I assume it will take some time." Daniel just nod and Y/n made it to the ice rink without tripping.

„Finally you two are here!" Taki said and Eunchae giggled. „Yeah Y/n is too slow but I got her!" Y/n gave them a shy smile and Ni-ki saw her from afar.

The boys saw the way he looked at her and shared glances. „Yah Ni-ki why don't you skate with her?" Sunoo suggested but he shook his head. „No I don't think that's a good idea." Jungwon raised an eyebrow. „Why?"

Ni-ki suddenly started to skate again and ignored his question. He skated pretty good, Jungwon and Sunoo just let him, understanding that he doesn't want to talk right now. He skated around, passed by Y/n and the others.

She noticed him and watched him for a while, the others just smiled at each other. Daniel and Taki started to skate as well, parting ways with Y/n and Eunchae. „So Y/n, let's skate?" Eunchae asked her with a smile that hold so much care and happiness.

Y/n smiles back at her, nodding and holding Eunchae's hand tightly. They began to skate slowly, and Y/n was so slow she didn't even realize that Eunchae left a while ago. She was skating carefully and alone until she felt a similar presence next to her right side.

He held her back with his left hand and took her hand with his other. He was so careful. She looked at him, slightly in shock she didn't know what to say. And suddenly the time stopped for her.

It's as if it was just her and him.

Just Y/n and Ni-ki.
