"Candy!" Hange exclaimed in shock and rushed towards her.

"What's going on? Is she okay?" Sasha asked worried.

"I don't know... Petra, help me." Hange turned to Petra, and she rushed to her side. Together, they laid Candy on the floor.

Mikasa noticed the look on Erwin's and Levi's faces. "You look like you knew something like this would happen."

"We knew she wasn't well, but not that something like this would happen. She said she had it under control." Erwin replied.

"Clearly she didn't."

"Is she breathing?" Petra asked concerned.

Hange held a hand in front of her nose and nodded. "But just barely, she needs to get to a doctor right now."

Maria snapped out of her shock and walked towards them and made herself visible to them. "I will do that."

At the sudden appearance of Maria, Connie screamed loudly. "Ahhh! Where did you come from?!"

Levi stepped between Candy and Maria and glared at her. "Who are you? And how did you come here?"

Maria gave him an irritated look. "That's not really important right now. Candy needs a doctor, right now. Her life is in danger!"

"Danger?" Historia asked concerned.

Erwin looked at Maria shortly before turning to Levi. "Levi, let her through. I think she knows better than us what is going on with Candy."

Levi stepped to the side and let Maria join Hange's side. She held two fingers against her wrist and furrowed her brows. "Not good..." she whispered. "I need her bag." she said to no one in particular.

Petra jumped up and got Candy's bag that stood beside the TV. She gave it to Maria, who opened it and searched for something. She pulled out a little bottle with pills inside and paled. "She didn't take them...."

"What are those for?" Hange asked.

Maria turned to her, her face was white, and she had a shocked expression on her face. "These are her medication. She needs to take one every few hours. This bottle is new, we got it before she came here. She didn't take one, since she is here with you..."

"Is Candy sick or something?" Armin asked cautiously, afraid of the answer.

Maria and Eren both stiffened at that question, which didn't go unnoticed by Ymir. "Do you know something, Eren?"

Eren looked at Candy in concern and then at Maria. "I heard her talking about it..."

"What?" Jean asked in disbelief.

"It's not important right now." Maria interrupted. "I'm going to take her back home to a doctor before she..."

"Before she what?" Connie asked, worried.

Maria held Candy in her arms and turned to them with a dark look. "Before she could die."

Everyone except Eren gasped in shock.

"Die?!" Sasha asked in shock.

"I'm going to explain that later. We need to go." Maria said and vanished with Candy.
