The episode started showing the blue sky with some white clouds and a seagull crossing it. 'Everyone says Eren has changed.' Mikasa thought. Mikasa was on the ship, gazing at the sky. 'I've thought that, too.' The sea breeze fluttered her hair. 'But... maybe all of us are wrong.' She looked to the side wistfully.

Many of them frowned at that.

'It really seems like that he had changed.' Mikasa thought. 'But if he was really like that from the beginning like he said in that one episode... How good did I really know him?'

Armin looked down in his lap. 'I have known him since we're little.' He glanced at Mikasa. 'We have known him the longest... But did we?'

Eren was silent when he thought about all the things that happened since they started watching the future events. 'So much death and betrayal... and then my future-self's behavior that changed since he kissed Historia's hand... even I was almost convinced that I had changed, or did I really change? I kept to myself more and isolated myself from the others. Pushed Armin and Mikasa away. Then went to kill all humanity outside the walls...' His eyes widened. 'When they would hate me, would it be easier to kill me? And Candy said it would be the end of all Titans...' He felt a bit better now, to know he was still the same. 'No more Titans... they can finally live without Titans... I wish I could be with them...'

Jean looked Eren and saw that he had a relieved look on his face, he then glanced at Armin and Mikasa's faces and saw their troubled and confused faces. He looked back to Eren. 'What do you know now that we don't?'

Ymir crossed her arms. Eren confused her with his actions in the past episodes. 'That suicidal bastard...'

Hange hummed as she spun her pen with her hand around while she thought about it.

Erwin and Levi exchanged a look as they furrowed their brows.

Sasha and Connie didn't know what to think, all this confused them so much.

Cut to the coast of Marley, in the distance you could see the people walking, the colored houses and the green hills. Eren, wearing formal, was admiring the scenery. Mikasa joined him, she was wearing formal too.

"Oh? Is this a flashback?" Historia asked, surprised. It came unexpected.

"It seems so." Petra answered her.

"It's strange to see us wearing something like that." Sasha said, she was used to wearing her old clothes and the military uniform.

"I like it." Armin had a small smile on his face.

They were both gazing at the Marley shoreline, and Mikasa turned to look at him. 'Maybe Eren was this way from the start. And if this is the real him. I wonder what I saw in him...' Mikasa remembered him running ahead of her, leaves visible in the air.

Their ship was getting closer and closer to the port. Jean, Connie and Sasha, who wearing formal, were also leaning on the railing of the ship. Connie looked everywhere in amazement. "There are really cities full of people outside the walls..." He said, between amazed and nervous.

Connie smiled when he saw Sasha again.

"It's your first time outside Paradis." Erwin said, feeling a little sad that his future-self couldn't experience that.
