nari povi gripped onto my letter, waiting outside his classroom, catiously looking inside the class to check if anyone was still there. the room was empty, finally, after waiting outside the classroom for a good 10 minutes.
i glanced again, checking if anyone was in the corridors and once the scene was clear, i hurried my way into the classroom, making my way to his desk, placing the letter on his desk.
i then paused, realising if i put the letter on his desk, someone would probably take the letter, since gunwook was popular.
so instead i quickly placed the letter at the tray right under his desk, where his textbooks and notes were.
i took another deep breath, trying to prepare myself for the embarrassment i might be committing myself too once gunwook rejects me. to be fair, although it would be embarrassing i just wanted to get my feelings off my chest since we were in our senior year.
once i placed the letter on his tray, i hurriedly left the classroom, but i felt my shoulder sway and brush against someone's body.
i just simply bowed and said a quick 'sorry', trying to escape the scene as soon as possible, as i didn't want anyone knowing what i was up to.
3rd person pov
gyuvin was on his way to his classroom, on his way to go get his wallet he left under his desk, he felt slightly barge at his torso. he heard the person say 'sorry' and watched her run away at the speed of light, he thought to himself if that was someone he was familiar with as he noticed the cardigan she was wearing but he ignored it and made his way to his class.
he made his way to his desk, reaching his hand under his desk, reaching for his wallet, but his hand made contact with something else, something unfamiliar.
he pulled out the strange object, seeing it was an envelope, which was sealed using a hello kitty tape, the corners of his lips moved upwards without him knowing, and he opened the letter, revealing the letter.
it read
'hello...
i've had a crush on you since elementary school, ever since you first became class president. i don't want you to feel pressured nor uncomfortable but i just wanted to get my feelings off my chest as its been a good 10 years since i've liked you, i hope we can be great friends though, i've always admired you from afar! good luck with your class president preparations for senior year, i hope you get it!

na nari, class 3-5'gyuvin chuckled a bit as he read the letter, realising he was smiling ear to ear, the tape still on his finger, he stuck the tape on his notebook and placed the letter in his blazer pocket. he then finally grabbed her wallet and went back downstairs, thinking deeply about the letter.
later that day
"okay class dismissed!" nari's class' maths teacher stated as she left the room, the whole class packing their bags, ready to leave the classroom.
whilst she grabbed all her textbooks, ready to put them in her backpack, she was stopped as she heard people in her class start gasping, and murming.
she stopped packing her bag, in confusion, wondering what the fuss was about, but she realised that gyuvin was at the door, gyuvin and her went to the same elementary and middle school, but she never really spoke to him, all she knew about him was that he was a) popular and b) gunwook's best friend and desk mate.
she ignored the buzz being made and carried on packing her bag until she heard her name.
"na nari." she heard a voice, she looked up, seeing that it was gyuvin? he was walking towards her, with such a bright smile on his face.
he scratched his head a bit, looking like a complete idiot with that huge smile on his face.
"do you... like me?" he asked, his ears turning red whilst his hands were placed behind his back, fidgeting as he became nervous.
nari's eyes widened as she heard his say that, she thought he was a complete psychopath as he said that, but then he pulled out the note she had given him, and her whole life flashed before her eyes.
she realised that she had placed her letter at the wrong desk tray, and instead to gunwook's desk mate, kim gyuvin.
"oh my gosh." she muttered to herself whilst her face made a rather annoyed expression, trying to hide her face from the embarrassment since all her classmates were looking at her.
"what was that?" gyuvin asked as nari was way too quiet for him to hear.
nari just quickly chucked her textbooks into her bag and put on her backpack on one of her shoulders and grabbed onto gyuvin's arm, taking him out of the classroom.
"what... where are we going?" gyuvin asked confused whilst nari began to drag him out of the classroom, she wondered how she would save herself from the embarrassment as everyone was murmuring about what had just happened in her class.
she carried on dragging him away, until they reached a corridor which was pretty empty, away from everywhere else.
she let go of gyuvin's wrist and faced him and then apologised, "oh sorry if that took you by surprise."
gyuvin smiled again and then took out the letter again from his blazer.
"this is for me right? you put it at my desk, i was class president back in 4th grade and how did you know i was applying to be class president this year too?" he chuckled, just for nari to start having an internal breakdown.
he was right, she thought. gyuvin was also class president back in elementary school and he was also applying for class president this year, according to the rumours.
this is bad, she thought to herself, he actually thought the letter was for him.
she was just about to explain herself, telling her that in fact the letter was for someone else, that person being gunwook, until she saw gunwook walking at the end of the corridor, with kang yeseo.
kang yeseo was the prettiest girl in the year, she was sweet and also smart. she saw that the two were smiling brightly at each other, and that their hands were touching, she had never seen gunwook smile so hard before so she pretty much knew he liked her, which did make her feel a slight ounce of jealousy and envy.
"hello?" gyuvin then questioned as he waved his hand in front of nari, trying to grab her attention as she was staring at gunwook and yeseo for a bit too long.
"na nari? you alright?" he asked again, as she came to her senses and stopped looking at the two who were bound to become a couple, and looked towards gyuvin again.
she didn't know what to do. she was about to confess that the letter was for in fact gunwook but seeing him so happy with yeseo made her feel envious yet she didn't want to ruin something that seemed special between them, meaning that her confession would really just in fact make him uncomfortable as he seemed to like someone else.
"you're right! that letter was meant for you, i like you gyuvin." she confessed as gyuvin gulped, taken aback again.
